Eslelmiara, the prestigious all-girl Academy Of Witchcraft.

Inside the summoning chamber.

Dozens of girls in black robes stood in a crowd, waiting for their turn to summon their familiar and class change into an apprentice witch. The young and aspiring witches trained for half their lives for this moment, so they were all excited.

A middle-aged witch professor, Euphenia Diamond, read names from a parchment.

"Miss Plainfall!" Euphenia called.

"Here!" A tall beauty with a massive rack stepped forward.

The girls next to her called.

"Good luck, Zoe!"

"We're cheering for you!"

"Silence!" Euphenia glared, making the girls quiet down.

Seeing no more girls interrupting her, Euphenia's brows relaxed and shifted to Zoe.

"Miss Plainfall, if you may." Euphenia gestured to the pentagon-shaped magic circle in the middle of the room.

"Yes, professor." Zoe nodded and stepped next to the circle.

"Remember the chant, Zoe, and clear your mind. The familiar you will summon is the one that suits you the most, so don't be disappointed even if you get something you don't want." Euphenia reminded.

Zoe silently nodded, took out her wooden wand, pointed it at the circle, closed her eyes, and began to chant.

"O spirits of this universe, hear my wish. I, Zoe Plainfall, seek a spiritual guide and protector on my journey to learn the secrets of magic. Please, by the power of the rules that govern this world, heed my call... Summon Familiar!"

When the chant finished, the circle lit up as a glowing creature slowly emerged from the circle. As the light dissipated, a blue-furred cat with surprisingly intelligent heterochromia eyes and two burning tails.

A notification from the great system emerged in front of her eyes.

You have Summoned a Blue Fire Cat lvl 1

"Good Work, Miss Plainfall. You summoned a Blue Fire cat! That is a rare familiar." Euphenia praised.

"What a cute cat!" Zoe was overjoyed as she reached out to pet it.

"Hiss*" The cat hissed.

"Wah!" Zoe stepped back in instinctive fear. Only then did she see that the cat stared at her as if looking at an idiot.

"Miss Zoe! Have you forgotten your training?! You are lucky this Blue Fire cat is intelligent, or you could have gotten injured!" Euphenia reprimanded. "You need to form a contract! Only then would it be physically bound to this world and form a link to you."

"Oh... Right..." Zoe embarrassedly said and took out an embroidery needle, pricking her finger.

"My name is Zoe Plainfall. O honorable spirit, I implore you. With my blood as the medium, please form a contract with me, bind yourself to this world, and become my life-bound familiar." Zoe chanted as a drop of blood coalesced on her finger.

The drop of crimson liquid then slowly floated toward the feline. Without resisting, the cat closed its eyes as the drop of blood landed on its forehead, and a magical mark formed.

In her mind, two more notifications emerged.

Congratulations!
You have formed a life-bound familiar contract with Anyanti, the Blue Fire Cat lvl 1.
Gained the Perk Familiar Contract(Anyanti)
You have gained the qualifications to class-change to Apprentice Witch.

Zoe felt a mental link form between them as a playful female voice entered her mind.

{Hello, My foolish master~,} The cat said with an intelligent gaze.

"I-It talked!" Zoe widened her eyes.

"That is normal. Intelligent familiars can communicate through your link. The Blue Fire cats are known to be exceptionally intelligent, so it is little wonder this one can talk. I believe I taught you this." Euphenia said.

"Ah... Right..." Zoe nodded, remembering that lesson.

She then turned to her new familiar. "So... Your name is Anyanti?"

{That is my name.} The blue feline said and licked her paw.

"Anyanti... I like it!" Zoe smiled.

"Ahem*" Euphenia coughed. "I think you are forgetting something, Miss Plainfall." She said and pointed at the crowd of waiting girls.

"Ah... Right..." Zoe smiled embarrassedly and turned to her new familiar. "Let's go, Anyanti!"

{Okay, my foolish master~} The cat replied and gracefully jumped on Zoe's shoulder.

"Woah!" Zoe yelped at the sudden action but quickly adjusted.

While walking back, she extended her hand to pet Anyanti, who didn't resist this time.

{Purr~* You may scratch behind my ears, chin, and back. But no belly rubs or touching my tail.} Anyanti said in pleasure.

Zoe smirked as she returned to the crowd of eager and envious girls.

Seeing this, Euphenia's lips curled up slightly but quickly hid it.

"Settle down, girls! Next up, Kestrel Von Stein." Euphenia called.

And so, the girls continued summoning their familiars one by one.

Animals, elemental creatures, and even monsters. There were even those who summoned an imp and a vampire bat. These types of familiars were known to evolve into beautiful and highly intelligent humanoids, causing the other girls to envy them.

And finally, it was the turn of the last student.

"Cornelia Le Torneau!" Euphenia called.

"Here!" A young girl walked out.

She was pretty, with fair white skin and silken, silvery-gray hair. Her wide, expressive purple eyes and delicate features framed her lovely, round face. Her modest form lay hidden by her black magic robe, but she held an air of grace and nobility.

Seeing her, the other girls began to whisper.

"It's Cornelia!"

"Our top scorer!"

"She's so talented! She is sure to summon a powerful familiar!"

As the girl stepped toward the magic circle, Euphenia spoke.

"Remember, Miss Torneau. Clear your mind." She reminded.

"Yes, Professor. I understand." Cornelia nodded.

She then tried clearing her mind and began to chant.

"O spirits of this universe, hear my wish. I, Cornelia Le Torneau, seek..."

As she was chanting, she couldn't help but think about the familiar she wanted.

"It would be so lovely if I got a handsome vampire or incubus... I could then have a handsome hunk all to myself... hehehe..." She lewdly thought.

However, her chanting proved flawless as she continued.

"Please, by the power of the rules that govern this world, heed my call... Summon Familiar!"

As her chant finished, the room suddenly darkened. The candles on the walls suddenly shifted colors from orange to blueish-black as a dark silhouette emerged from the circle.

When she saw that, Cornelia instinctively stepped back in horror.

The other girls also started to panic.

"W-What is that?!"

"Mommy!"

"Professor, help!"

Euphenia's pupils shrank as she muttered, "A greater summon!"

She then pulled out her wand, ready to activate the protective mechanisms installed in the room.

Greater Summons are known to summon familiars with powerful souls. These familiars tended to have strong magic and potential but were also known to have strong egos, making binding them hard. This could be both a blessing and a curse since if the familiar willingly submitted, they could become a powerful ally, but if they resisted, they could attack and kill the summoner. In a worst-case scenario, they may even go on a rampage until their magic runs out, causing the death of dozens or even hundreds.

This is also why the summoning was done here, as a precaution against such a situation.

As Cornelia watched the summon, her heart beat fast as she prayed.

"Hot guy! Let it be a hot and handsome guy! Give me my prince charming!" She prayed.

Soon, the flames on the wall settled down, returning to normal as the figure of the summoned creature was revealed.

 It was a CREEPYPASTA!!!!

Okay, not. This is my way of failsafe against the recent IP thefts using chatgpt.

Anyways, if you read this under paywall, well, congrats, you were HAD you bloody perverts! (And the one who did it hurt the feelings of the pervert who wrote this novel...)

Anyways, read up "re: reincarnated as a tentacle familiar." FREE on scribblehub, and inform the author, bignt, on the theft so he can take a 48-inch dildo to shove up the A of the A-HOLE.

The panicking students soon calmed down as their fear turned to a mixture of curiosity and disgust.

"Ew... What is that?"

"Is that an octopus?"

"It looks kinda cute..."

"Are you blind?! It has tentacles and looks oily..."

Euphenia narrowed her eyes at the slimy creature on the floor. It looked like a purple octopus, having eight wriggly limbs and being the size of a housecat, but it had a large eye on its round body, two tiny nostrils, and a crack for a mouth on its body.

"Wait... I read about that somewhere... isn't that a..." Euphenia's gaze turned strange.

She couldn't help but think of a particular species that was hunted to near extinction due to its mindlessness, precious body materials, and horrible breeding habits, with only the most powerful and ancient surviving in the far corners of the world.

Cornelia's mouth twitched, her dreams broken, as she received the message from the great system.

You have Summoned a Tentacle Monster Larvae lvl 1

"I summoned a tentacle monster?!" She exclaimed.
