If everything goes according to plan, I should start back up next week, at the earliest... Sorry. :(

Life takes priority over everything. Without it, you can't do a damn thing because, well, you'd be dead.
Then become a Lich. Problem solved.
@DemonLordShadowheart vampires have more advantages.
@Touya Lich's are MUCH harder to kill though. If "living" is the priority, I'd rather choose outright immortality for the most part over frying in the sunlight or getting "shot through the heart" with a blessed silver bullet or something.
@DemonLordShadowheart well, i would not want give up my pen1s for that, and if i were to become a lich, i would have to kill regularly to amass life forrce, while a vampire could only drink a little blood every other week without killing.
@Touya Not all Liches lose their p3n15 when they become Liches, it's setting dependent. Also just become an expert at Fleshcrafting or something and just magic yourself all the missing bits back and better than ever.
@DemonLordShadowheart even then, i would still choose to be a vampire, it's simply my romance! And vampires tend to be a lot more cooler than a skeleton with a cloak and a staff, and i don't think that flesh crafting magic would do a pile of bones any good... Even with taking someone else's flesh, i wouldn't fell any satisfaction knowing that the pen1s I'm using is not mine... God, that sounds so wrong XD
@Touya Just magic the flesh into existence, kind of like a flesh construct that you directly control. Also, just because you're a Lich doesn't mean you're automatically a skeleton, take the Lich from Konosuba for example. Or the Lich Empress from Undying Empire (novel here on Scribblehub).
@DemonLordShadowheart
I guess you're right.... Somewhat... But i still think that vampires are better, turning into a swarm (or just one) of bats, hypnosis magic, blood magic, true immortality, super speed and strength, and has almost everything a lich has, while a lich just summons or revives people as stupid zombie/skeleton to fight for them, or cast some curses you can simply get rid of in a church, as liches take a lot of time to get their famous op magic, as in dozens to hundreds of years, and most people that turn into undead (vampires not included) forget who they were (if they still have their own free will and intelligence), which is something i don't want to happen to me, all in all, vampires are just liches with their own meat on them, higher levels of power (magical/physical), and they don't have to kill to stay alive... Most of the time...
@Touya Except Vampires have far more weaknesses than Liches and thus are much easier to kill. The point was putting priority on "living" and Liches are basically immortal as long as they hide their phylactery well. Granted vampires are pretty cool, don't get me wrong but Liches are still harder to actually beat since even if you "kill" them, they're just gonna come back over and over and probably be more pissed off than anything. Also why limit oneself to unintelligent minions, a strong enough Lich could totally raise intelligent undead to serve it if needed, they just don't normally NEED them. Also taking dozens to hundreds of years to learn op magic? Most Liches are typically very powerful and talented mages and becoming undead eliminates stuff that would normally waste research time, such as sleep. If anything, Liches should have an easier time of learning magic than pretty much anyone except other undead since they don't have to worry about the need to rest.
I dunno, both have their ups and downs. I guess it depends on what setting you're in to decide which would be better. To each their own?
@DemonLordShadowheart
I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But i still find vampires a lot better, as they kind of just do their own thing whenever they want, and they don't have much of a weakness, even sunlight *cough*yui*cough*, but liches are more likely to be the minions of demons, wiz, in example, turned into a lich to save her party from the demon king, and he forced her to make a barrier around his castle.
@DemonLordShadowheart Overlord kind of lich?
@iSaladbar Nah, like I said earlier, more like Wiz from Konosuba or Elinor from Undying Empire (UE is here on Scribblehub and main source of the flesh construct thing I keep mentioning. It's actually a pretty good novel. If you like it, then you might like to try some other series from the same author such as The Oscillation and A Tail's Misfortune. The author is insane when it comes to character development and interactions).
Main problem with Overlord kind of Lich is, well, being a walking skeleton with nothing else. I'm all for immortality and what not, but I'd like to actually have a body capable of experiencing things or else it'd get real boring real fast in my opinion.
@iSaladbar ya
