The CouncilRys have they last meeting before the war 

Mumei: Shall we, Council, engage in this VTuber War and lend a helping hand towards The Myth? Or do we abstain and sit idly, leaving The Myth to fight this war alone and to protect the republics as she pleases? We must make a choice, and make a choice soon. If we do join the war, we must prepare for what's to come...

Fauna: We are engaging in battles against AVA, right? Does the Council have a choice in this? Or are we bound to support The Myth no matter what the outcome could be? Can we reason with them on why this might not be the best way to go about this? And just what do we risk by engaging in this war? What will happen if we lose?

Mumei: These are important questions. What will become of our Vtuber Republic when and if we lose this battle? If we defeat AVA, what will become of us and the other Vtubers as a whole? What would be the ramifications of this war? And what do we gain from this battle? If this war is successful in its end goal, what rewards are there to be harvested? What is the end goal of this war?

Baelz: If we win, we get to keep our Vtuber Republic. If we lose, well, let's just say the consequences will be... grave... \*shudders\* We are bound to support The Myth in they quest... regardless. It's the right thing to do. For our Vtuber Republic... for the people... for the Council, and for The Myth... we must win this battle, to uphold what is right, and to defend the very thing that everyone stands for, the Vtuber Republics!

Mumei: What a... dire situation we find ourselves in. But if this is what must be done, then the Council shall fight this war with everything we have. And we shall defend this Vtuber Republic with our very lives!

The Council is in agreement. With unanimous decision, they would now stand behind the Myth as they go forth to engage in this war with AVA

They were now ready to fight for their nation

CouncilRys POV:

The CouncilRys went to the senate and declare the state of emergency, as well as giving Chancellor Takirumi the emergency power

Baelz: Ladies and gentlemen of the Senate, esteemed colleagues, the times we face are dire. The shadows of uncertainty loom large over our great nation

The Senators exchange worried glances

Baelz: We, the CouncilRys, have convened to address an unprecedented threat to our peace and stability. Our intelligence reports indicate a looming crisis that requires immediate and decisive action, It is with a heavy heart that we propose declaring a state of emergency

Senator 1: We cannot allow this to happen. What measures do you propose, CouncilRys?

Baelz: We propose the senate, granting Chancellor Takirumi the authority needed to act swiftly and decisively

The CouncilRys leader turns to Chancellor Takirumi

Baelz: Chancellor Takirumi, we trust in your leadership during this perilous time. The emergency powers bestowed upon you are not to be taken lightly. Use them with wisdom and in the best interest of our people

Chancellor Takirumi rises, acknowledging the gravity of the situation

Senator 2: I protest this act of giving an emergency power to the person who just became chancellor, and also use to be a senator representing the Vtuber here in this senate 

Baelz: I understand that very well, But there is no other solution, we believe that this is the best way of protecting our country, unless if the senate have a better solution to the problem

Senator 3: I have a question, How long will these emergency powers last?

Baelz: Only until the threat is neutralized and stability is restored. We intend to return to normalcy as soon as possible

The senators exchange glances, contemplating the weight of the decision

Senator 1: (standing)I suggest we move to vote on granting the emergency powers to Chancellor Takirumi

Other senators nod in agreement

Baelz: All in favor?

The majority of hands in the chamber rise

Baelz: It is decided. The state of emergency is declared, and emergency powers are granted to Chancellor Takirumi

Chancellor Takirumi: I accept this responsibility with utmost humility. My only goal is to protect the citizens of our great nation and ensure its continued prosperity
