After a few days of preparation, a small wedding was put into place in the garden full of lush greenery, colorful flowers, and a gentle breeze creating a tranquil atmosphere.

looking at the venue, seeing the warm and inviting atmosphere, full of soft lighting and subtle decorations, enhancing the natural beauty of the garden.

The natural elements such as the small pond give a touching feeling of calmness, and the gentle sounds of the backgrounds of the birds chirping and the water trickling contribute to a soothing atmosphere.

I looked at my parents and Emily’s mother full of genuine happiness, excitement, and nervousness at the same time, for this is a new chapter in their lives, to see their children growing up in the blink of an eye.

I looked back in front to see a beautiful girl, dressed in a white wedding gown, her face covered in a white veil, yet I couldn’t help but marvel at her beauty in her wedding gown.

I gently lifted up the veil to see a radiant smile, her glowing face, and sparking eyes, I couldn’t help but be struck and hold her hands, a touch of gentleness and warmth.

We locked into the eyes of each other, sharing a knowing glance, full of love and anticipation for the future.

As if time was at a pause, we took a moment to savor this milestone in our lives, enveloped in the surroundings full of joy.

“It's surreal, isn’t it? I never imagined our wedding would be so gentle and surrounded by beautiful flowers”

I smiled, looking at her as I gently squeezed her hands.

“Yeah, I never knew that our wedding would be so comfortable”

“I feel the same, the garden is not extravagance, but gives everyone a feel of ease, I like it”

Emily took a deep breath and looked at the venue, she couldn’t help but be overwhelmed with joy.

The venue filled with anticipation as they prepared to exchange their vows and seal their love with a kiss.

“As we embark on this journey together, I vow to love you unconditionally and promise to stand with you through thick and thin, to laugh with you and hold you close during life challenges”

Emily says her vow with a reddish face while smiling at me.

I gently held her hands and said my vows.

“As I stand here with you, I will be reminded of the memories we created together, to show me what it means to be loved, I vow to cherish and protect you, to be your shield in times of uncertainty, and to celebrate every triumph by your side”

As they said their vows, carrying the weight of commitment and devotion. They leaned in together, their lips met in a tender and passionate kiss, sealing the vows and marking the beginning of their journey together.

After a few days passed, my father called me into his office to transfer the territory to me and immediately ran off to my mother.

Looking at my father leaving, I ordered the Seraphina to release a notice to the people about the transfer of the territory to me, and the plans for hiring people on a pacific date to develop the territory.

This caused a lot of commotion in the territory, a Novice Level Lord was already a rare sight near the border, and the front of the mansion was already full of people waiting for a chance to get hired.

Liam used the Analyse ability to look for unique people within the territory, to his disappointment, all he got was one person.

[Name: Evandrus Lykos]

Level: None

Affiliation: Carriela Kingdom, Akash Territory

Occupation: None

Organizations: None

Characteristics: Justice knight

-A person who acts as a loyal knight for the people, upholds moral values and loyalty to his lord.

Looking at the status panel of Evan, he decided to take him as his direct subordinate and have him become the future head of the knight order.

Evan's eyes glowed with trill to learn that he was required by the lord directly and become a future knight like the books he once read when he was a child, a knight in shining armor saving the people from calamity.

Liam continued to use Analyse, not missing a single person who arrived at the mansion for recruitment,

After a while, the recruitment was finally finish, recruiting about 10,000 people, this was already enough for the scattered people around the territory of Akash.

I used the artifact to create seeds of the plants I saw in the Multiverse that were fast-growing and had high yields per harvest and tools for agriculture, tons of seeds and tools were created which cost about 12,000 Origin Essense, leaving about 178,000 Origin Essense left.

The masses were shocked to hold such seeds at the same time were excited for this seed to grow.

I didn't bother with the news about the seeds spreading within the territory, transcenders don’t bother with such things and rather focus on themself.

I gathered the people into the undeveloped land full of tall grasses everywhere, I instructed the people to cut the tall grasses, dig ditches, and plow the land.

Meals and salaries were provided by me, using the artifact to create a large quantity of goods, enough to last 2 months, costing about 500 Origin Essense, using Origin Essense like this is a waste, but the territory really needed the resources to support the development, so I had to endure for a while.

My parents, Seraphina and Emily were also stunned to see the resources I brought out of nowhere, but decided not to ask where I got them.

In just two weeks, the development was going well, and the “farmlands” started to look like real farmlands, the ditches I instructed were going well, and this is going be the source of distribution of water in the territory near the outskirts of the territory.

Seeing that the development was going well, I instructed Seraphina to hire some talented or qualified people in the mansion who would be responsible for the operation of the Department of Food Administration.

When the people of the mansion heard this, some voluntarily raised their hands, and the remaining gaps were recruited in the masses based on their character who were then trained according to the requirements Liam instructed.

As of now, the Department of Food Administration was established inside one of the large rooms within the mansion due to them not having their own building as of yet.

The buildings of the territory have not yet met my requirements and it would hinder the agriculture plan if I implemented the Urban development this early.

2 Months later

In the gazebo in the garden, I was talking with Emily and my parents about the development was about 70% finished, when suddenly Emily hurriedly stood up and ran outside the gazebo and vomited.

Seraphina and Aurora looking worried, hurried by her side to support her, after some time Emily recovered a bit and sat down again.

Seraphina and Aurora who already knew what was going on looked at Emily with eyes of anticipation.

Emily looked at both of them in confusion.

“Ahm, why are looking at me like that?”

Aurora looked at Seraphine with a smile, then explained to Emily.

“Emily, it seems like you are pregnant”
