I reached the library building. The atmosphere here was the same as before. A number of students were coming and going out from the building. I entered the building and soon went toward the same desk as last time. Luckily, there was no other student there at the time except the working staff.
Soon, I was led toward the side room. The girl left the room after she confirmed everything. Just as she closed the door, I went through the scanning process once again and a screen showed up in front of me. All things were the same except the academy points.

Just as I was reading the shown details, the screen changed again and another thing showed up in front of me which gave me a surprise.

I hurriedly clicked on the confirming process and soon the status screen changed. Now in the details, it was written Tier 2 instead of Tier 1. I felt thrilled looking at the increased access. I looked at the academy points which remained the same.

‘’I thought that they were going to deduct ten thousand points from the available balance.’’
I thought to myself and felt confused for a moment. After waiting for some time, seeing that nothing happened, I stopped thinking. It was probably my own thinking that I would have to pay points for high tier access.
Maybe to unlock the high tier, I needed to have points saved in the balance. Now, the access was permanent or so I hoped. I shook my head and clicked on the spell section. Soon, the number of spells was shown on the screen once again.
My breathing became rapid, looking at those spells. I was itching to see more types of spells for quite some time and now my wish had been granted for real.

There were different and new spells on the screen. Including the previous three spells that I had already gained, there were ten new spells in the tier 2 access. All the spells were powerful and expansive too. The lowest price was 1000 academy points while the last one cost 3000 academy points which was among the most expensive ones.
I started clicking on the spell one by one and started reading the description that was shown. The first spell was a basic telekinesis which could be used by consuming spatial energy which was mana for me. The telekinesis allowed one to move objects and the restriction was the mass which would have to be less than 250kg.
I looked at the second spell which was spatial shield. Spatial shield was a defensive type spell. On using the spell, it will create a shield of spatial energy force field in front of me which will protect me from the attacks of the other mages or monsters.
The third was a supportive type spell, Spatial Flight. It allowed me to fly whether it was in air or in outer space. At least that was what I understood looking at the description of the spells. It was a pretty important spell for me. One can only fly after reaching Rank 5 in any field.
The fourth new spell was another supportive spell, Spatial Healing. One needed to have specific powers related to healing if he wanted to be a healer. But this spell would allow me to heal my wounds despite not having any healing powers. It was one of the most useful spells for me.
The fifth new spell was, Spatial Shifting. Spatial shifting would let me shift any objects whether it was a non-living or living, to any other place but the area should be within 500 meters. This was also a useful spell for me.
The sixth new spell was a defensive type spell, spatial distortion. It would distort the space around the user which will make it difficult for others to pinpoint the exact location of the user. It would make it so that attacks on the users will be missed. It was a good defensive spell indeed.
The next spell was, Spatial Barrier. It allowed the mage to create a barrier around certain object or some place. If one wanted to enter the area, he would have to overpower the barrier and break it. This was also a useful spell for staying safe in the wilderness.
The eighth new spell was, Spatial Delay. It allowed the user to create a space around him which would make everything in that space seem slow. It was like a time delay spell. It was a pretty overpowered spell which could be used for so many things.
The ninth spell, Spatial compression was an offensive spell. It was the second offensive spell in the whole list. The first one was Spatial Blade which allowed me to create weapons. Spatial Compression would create a space in which everything will start to compress with a very high gravitational force. It really was a spell made for killing.
I looked at the last spell which was another supportive spell, Spatial Empowerment. It was like a boost spell which would allow the user to increase his stats after using. It was the same as those power type mages who had a berserk spell but this spell was better than that.
