As the young student slumbered, one week slipped away like the cool breeze in the summer.

The day for the new students to attend their first class finally arrived. Everyone's heart was filled with excitement as they looked forward to it. Admission to the Holy School, the most prestigious institution, had been the dream of every youngster. Now that they had finally achieved it, they were excited to embark on a journey of exploration and growth.

While everyone was excited about it, a young boy in black attire awoke inside a room. Slowly opening his eyes, he extended his hand and moved it over his eyes, trying to hide from the sunlight streaming from the window. "Am I late?" he wondered aloud and with a sudden surge of energy, he stood up and hurriedly began to get ready. With an unimaginable speed, he cleaned himself with water and changed his clothes into a complete white dress.

Without any delay, he jumped off the mountain peak, wind enveloped him, swaying his hair and dress as he landed gracefully below the mountain.

Glancing ahead, he saw a beautiful girl dressed in red clothes, standing there patiently. As she noticed the boy's arrival, she walked up to him, her face etched with anger as she scolded, "How can you be late on the first day of school, huh?"

The boy smiled with pride, "I'm the number one student in the school. Do you really think that a teacher would dare to get angry with me?"

Feng Qiang shrugged, shook her head, and closed her eyes for a moment. "You and your pride," she sighed, "now, let's run."

She opened her eyes and reached out to hold the boy's hand to run to the classroom, but to her shock, her hand touched nothing but empty air. Looking ahead, she saw that no one was standing there. As bewilderment washed over her, a voice suddenly echoed from afar, "Feng Qiang, do you want to get scolded by the teacher? Let's hurry to the classroom."

Turning around, she looked at the mischievous Eli Shan and felt the urge to give him a piece of her mind, but she knew that she'd probably be the one who'd end up getting beaten if they were to fight. She couldn't help but grin thinking about it and ran toward Eli Shan with a shout, "Wait for me... I am also coming."

Inside the classroom, everyone has already arrived, except teacher, Feng Qiang and... Eli Shan.

While many of them were talking in excitement about their future, the classroom door swung open abruptly and a handsome boy accompanied by a beautiful girl, casually walked in.

Looking at them, the room fell silent, because these two individuals were not some ordinary students; they were the top-ranked students!

Eli Shan and Feng Qiang noticed that the first seat was reserved for the top-ranked and second-ranked students. With smiles of pride on their faces, they confidently strode forward and took their seats.

From behind, Hao Yu saw everything and fumed with anger, "Tsk."

Taking the benefit of free time, Feng Qiang turned to Eli Shan and said, "You didn't come out of your room the whole time, so I am sure you don't know a thing about the school, let me explain it to you. The top-ranked teacher from the outer region will instruct the top forty students, while the second-ranked teacher will handle the top eighty students, and so forth. Additionally, any teacher has the option to take on a personal disciple from any batch if they find them promising."

While explaining, she turned her face towards Eli Shan, who looked at her with an odd expression on his face and said, "Who asked? Don't make me bored."

"You..."

Before she could unleash her frustration, the classroom door suddenly swung open once more, and a terrifying aura of the Xuan realm filled the room, causing every student to tremble in fear.

Suddenly, a man walked into the classroom, feeling satisfied by his entry by looking at the reaction of the students. He made his way to the teacher's desk, gave it a resounding slap with his hand, and declared with a confident voice, "My name is Fu Chen. From now on, I will be your teacher for three years, understood?"

Everyone's eyes filled with excitement and joy upon learning that the formidable figure before them would be their teacher now. Their happiness was visible as they shouted in unison, "Yes, sir!"

Fu Chen nodded and began to teach them some rules and other boring stuff.

As Eli Shan was feeling sleepy, Fu Chen picked up some books from his table and handed them over to the students. "All of you are considered the elite of the new batch, so I will introduce you to a special cultivation technique to advance your realm. You have three days to grasp the basics of this technique."

Fu Chen observed the room and added, "For now, you will have just one hour to practice this technique. If you don't begin to breathe qi using this technique by that time, you will be removed from the elite class."

Everyone nodded solemnly and opened their books. Just as before, a flood of knowledge poured into their minds as they immersed themselves in cultivation, their eyes closed in deep concentration.

However, as Fu Chen observed the students' progress, he witnessed something that left him utterly astounded. Eli Shan, who had just opened the book, wasn't just breathing by using this technique; he was absorbing the surrounding qi at an astonishing speed!

Fu Chen couldn't believe his eyes. He pinched his cheek in disbelief. "Is this true? Has he truly mastered it in just a few breaths of time? So the rumors about his examination were not just rumors?"

As he was lost in his thoughts, some other teachers suddenly burst into the classroom, jolting everyone from their cultivation.

Fu Chen stared at the intruding teachers with a solemn expression and his aura of Xuan realm erupted as he warned, "Don't even think about it."

A teacher with a well-built physique wore a stern expression as he spoke angrily, "Fu Chen, just because you ranked first doesn't mean that we are weaker than you. It's your overall ability that puts you at the top. If it was just about the power, then you could have forgotten about being ranked first."

Another teacher, equally serious, joined in, "Fu Chen, I respect you a lot and I don't want to fall out with you. Just accept this one request of mine, otherwise, I apologize in advance for any rudeness."

The expression of the students turned solemn. They didn't know what was going on, but they were sure that the matter was something serious.

Feng Qiang turned her face toward Eli Shan and whispered, "What is happening? Why do the teachers seem like they are going to fight among themselves?"

Eli Shan shook his head, indicating that he didn't know.

The classroom's atmosphere grew even heavier as the teachers exchanged more words.

"We're all in the Xuan realm. It won't be wise to get into a fight," another teacher cautioned Fu Chen. "So, Fu Chen, it's best for you to give in."

Fu Chen wore a solemn expression and frustration was visible on his face. After thinking for a while, he finally sighed and reluctantly agreed, "Alright, I agree. But even if Eli Shan becomes one of your disciples, he will still be my disciple."

The heavy atmosphere in the classroom suddenly dissipated like a morning fog, replaced by wide smiles on the faces of all the teachers.

"You are wise, Teacher Fu."

"Haha, didn't I say that Teacher Fu is an incredibly understanding person?"

Laughter and praise flowed freely among the teachers, leaving the students stunned by the sudden turn of events.

Even Eli Shan was taken aback as he looked at Feng Qiang in bewilderment, pointing a finger at himself. "Huh? They were fighting over me?"

Feng Qiang smiled and remarked, "I must say, I'm impressed. You managed to make the teachers of the most prestigious school fight for you."

Eli Shan returned the smile with a hint of sadness on his face. "It's because they don't really know me, if they would have, then they would have been fighting over not to accept me".

Feng qiang looked at him in confusion and asked, "Why?"

Eli Shan just shook his head and said nothing.

Seeing that even the teachers were fighting for Eli Shan, everyone in the classroom began to admire him even more.

In the midst of this, Eli Shan abruptly stood up and strode toward the teachers who were busy in their conversation.

Sensing something, the teachers turned their attention to Eli Shan, who stood before them. Suddenly, he spoke up, "I'm really sorry, but I can't cultivate my spiritual realm."

All teachers nodded with a smile, and one of them replied, "Ohh, so you can't cultivate, good good".

Suddenly, something struck their mind as they exchanged bewildered glances and redirected their gaze toward Eli Shan, one of them asking, "What did you say? You can't cultivate?"

Eli Shan nodded with a serious expression, "I suspect that I have a unique constitution, the null body."

Upon hearing this, the burly teacher hurriedly grabbed Eli Shan's wrist to check his qi. However, to his astonishment, he found absolutely nothing. Not even a single speck of qi existed in his dantian, a void where even some normal people had a trace of it.

He looked at the other teachers with a solemn expression and nodded, "What he said is true."

Other teachers followed suit and checked him one after another, but none of them found even a trace of cultivation from his body.

All the teachers wore solemn expressions and regarded Eli Shan with a sense of pity. "Even though it's like this right now," one of them began, "perhaps in the future, you may still learn other techniques that can aid you in cultivation. So, don't lose hope. Oh, I just remembered some urgent work that I need to attend, see you guys later."

With that, the teacher abruptly vanished.

Following suit, the other teachers who had barged into the classroom hastily made excuses and quickly departed as well.

Fu Chen sighed with a sense of pity and said, "Okay then, let's resume our class."

Eli Shan returned to his seat, but just after sitting, he felt the collective gaze of others directed at him, their eyes filled with pity as they instinctively tried to put some distance between themselves and him.

Feng qiang, who was sitting next to him, looked at eli shan with a confident smile, not showing a speck of pity, and said, "It doesn't matter if you have the null body or whatever. What really matters is that you are a genius who doesn't need any cultivation realm to be strongest!"

Eli Shan smiled and nodded. In the first place, he didn't let himself down because of his condition.

The class resumed, and time flew by. Soon, days turned into weeks, and the weeks passed swiftly.

Now everyone in school knew that eli shan was a cultivation "trash" who couldn't cultivate.

In the following days, eli shan just went to his class every day and returned back to his room to cultivate.

Like this one month went by and he was already degraded from the first rank to the tenth rank position.

But he didn't mind it at all and remained completely focused on his cultivation.

In fact, he was quite happy because his body was finally on the brink of a breakthrough into the true qi realm!

The cultivation realms were as follows: Qi Gathering, Soul and Body Formation, True Qi Realm, and Xuan Realm. His teacher had already reached the Xuan Realm, a major realm higher than Eli's current stage, and one should know that even a minor realm had a massive amount of difference in strength, let alone one major realm.

One day, during lunchtime, beneath the shade of a majestic tree, Eli Shan was lying down on Feng Qiang's lap. With a blade of grass in his mouth, he was relaxing with one leg casually crossed over the other.

Suddenly, Hao Yu arrived, followed by his followers, and cast a disdainful glance at Eli Shan. "So, you're the one who stole my first rank and can't even cultivate, huh?"

Eli Shan didn't bother to open his eyes, completely ignoring Hao Yu. Even Feng Qiang, who was leaning against the tree, didn't open her eyes.

Lately, many people came to pick a fight against him with the thought of winning against the former first-rank candidate, but after getting a punch on their faces, not a single one of them dared to show their face before him again.

Completely ignored by Eli Shan, Hao Yu's frustration reached its peak. He moved forward and landed a furious punch on the tree as he shouted in anger, "How dare a mere ant dare to ignore me!"

As the leaves from the tree fell upon Eli Shan's face, he slowly opened his eyes, casting an indifferent gaze upon those before him. "What do you want?" he inquired.

Hao Yu pointed his finger at one of his followers and declared, "Yesterday, you punched one of my men. Apologize to him, and I'll let you go."

Eli Shan turned his head in the direction where Hao Yu pointed and smirked. "Seems like the dog has brought its owner after getting his ass beaten, huh?"

Hearing his words, Feng Qiang couldn't help but burst into laughter as she covered her mouth with her little white hands.

The guy who had been beaten by Eli Shan became even more angry after looking at Feng Qiang's laughter. But what could he do? Feng Qiang was now the first-rank student! While Hao Yu was just second.

But unlike him, Hao Yu couldn't contain his frustration inside him by looking that Eli Shan was making fun of him and Feng Qiang was laughing at him, he clenched his fist in anger and roared, "Do you know who am I? If I want then even your whole family will be destro---"

Suddenly Hao Yu's words stuck in his throat as he saw a fist moving toward his face. In a hurry, he also threw a punch, unleashing his full cultivation power of the first realm of soul and body foundation. However, to his utter disbelief, he felt an immense pressure coming from the Eli Shan's punch that made it difficult for him to even breathe, leaving him utterly defenseless as his confident expression changed into the one of fear.

Eli Shan's punch met with Hao Yu's fist, breaking the bone of Hao Yu's hand and reaching near his face. At this moment, Hao Yu's eyes widened as he had just one thought in his mind, "I am about to die." But then, all pressure abruptly disappeared as Eli Shan retracted his punch.

He looked at Hao Yu's stunned face with an indifferent expression. "If you ever dare to bring my family into our affairs again," he warned coldly, "not even your daddy will be able to save you."

Hao Yu's veins bulged in anger as he wanted to retort. However, when he remembered the overwhelming punch, which had brought an enormous pressure on him, he understood that he was not Eli Shan's opponent for now and made a wise decision.

"Let's go," he muttered to his followers, seething with frustration, and left the scene. As he departed, he clenched his fist so tightly that his nails nearly pierced through his skin as he thought in anger, "I'll remember this."
