Dungeons appeared five years ago. No one knew the purpose, or why they appeared, but they did, and they were soon the fastest growing industry in the world. Monster parts, mana stones, monster meat, all of it sold for high prices on the black and regular market. Hunters are the only people able to go into dungeons, and they're the only ones that can kill monsters.

Holy Walker is a D-rank hunt streamer. Business is booming, and he's doing quite well for himself. He has a steady patreon, and he gets good payouts from his HunterWatch monetization. When he gets abandoned in a portal that turns out to be a hidden S-rank dungeon, though, he figures he's as good as dead.
