Misty is an angel girl who sneaks into hell to meet her friend, Spark, they both have been born in the places they live (heaven or hell) but once Spark try's to sneak into heaven and gets caught, Misty needs to free Spark before she is executed without getting caught, if she is then she could get sent to hell forever.
