One of the best "Monster Society" type stories I've ever read, and I've read quite a few.
The character actually feels like a "Keelish" (not just being a human wearing a monsterskin for edge-value) and the other characters introduced are also steadily gaining in importance and appeal.
The plot so far is very good and feels impactfull while building up to something greater, the chapters are well written and the world is truly a creation standing on its own feet as far as I can judge not just copying the old and tired DnD matrix while still being a very satisfying LitRPG.

Great story I have read in a while, the progression is decent especially character growth from human to keel. The side characters are also developed well, they are not cheer leaders unlike other novels. I can't wait to read more as the plot develops.
