Large continent dominated by a cold and arid steppe. Though it is easy to forget due to the tremendous contrast between the wealthy townlands of Jaanland and the nearly uninhabited inner regions, the mainland of Jaan Commonwealth does lie on the Narshurian continent. In common parlance, however, Narshur typically refers the parts not integrated to the Jaan directorial system.
According to most recent reports, the primitive inhabitants of Narshur are rapidly and gratefully integrating to the Jaan nation.

So far this novel is amazing!
Grammer 4.75/5- I only found a couple mistakes and the writer has a very wide vocabulary.
Characters- So far the only we only know so much about the M.C. But, I am still at the early stages of the story. We gets some hints at the M.C.'s family life but not much. The M.C. Has a likable personality so far.
The only thing I wish the author had done is maybe maybe have a index of terms in the story. Other than that it's been great so far.

I blasted through this greedily last year, but on a second read through, it's cemented as my favourite Tegeli story and one of my favs on SH overall.
I love the MC, her motivations, her fears and doubts, and her self journey. I love the love interest, the most compelling from this author IMO and, damn, the MC has it good. I love the antagonist, and his twisted relationship with the MC, how their stories progress and his conclusion... very satisfying.
The worldbuilding, plot, and language are all fantastic and leave you with a grounded sense of wonder. I really enjoy how this is written, like, so much, although I get why some people might not be as sold on it. The grand storyline is incredible but did really benefit from my second reading to understand all the things at play.
In the end, 5/5, top teir fantasy setting and fantasy wish fulfillment, ticks every box of mine perfectly from smut to romance to story to the happily ever after.
