From the first breath, I was accumulating points. Now, I see that my father abandoned me, and my mother despises me. What more is left of filial piety? Who would worship such despicable people, I’ll conquer the world instead.
The pacing is Horridly slow and the word count per chapter is abysmal, it took half a dozen chapters for 2 characters to make a decision/have a conversation and even 30+ chapters in the viewpoint of the MC was barely used beyond establishing the character. It has an interesting premise (I assume, they had no chance to reach any level where it might matter) of finding mastery in the mundane but there's not enough substance to hold my attention
The pacing is very slow. A lot of seemingly unnecessary details. Sure if you want to introduce characters it's fine but there are better ways to do it than to randomly include it in the middle of the plot without any connection to the present. Also the naming system is inconsistent.
2/5 stars, interesting premise
