Pollution, depletion of resources and overpopulation have led to destruction of the blue planet.
After countless tries, humanity has succeeded in creating "purifiers" which would return the world to its original state, possibly in an even better state.
To properly allocate resources and to prevent conflicts, an immersive VR Game "Last Hope" was created.
A second world, some people called it.
Noah Valkens, a "trash" human who has no talent except playing games, decides to enter Last Hope to change his life.
