Stacy had been sat on her desk, a cup of pumpkin spice latte on the side, her laptop pulled out to work on a book report, when she accidentally dozed off on her keyboard. Instead of waking up to a saliva-stained table, Stacy found herself in another world with magic, elves, and monsters.

She immediately knew what happened: she had been isekai’d! Except, she was not in a fantastical kingdom as some kind of hero. She was in a dark, dank cave, lost and alone and afraid.

The elves she meets are not the sparkling, supernatural beauties she imagined, but are ashen-skinned, beady-eyed creatures called drows. And the monsters—the monsters want to eat her.

Welcome to The Sable Queen! The basic premise of this story is "A basic white girl gets isekai'd into the Underdark from D&D". It's very much a write-as-I-go kind of thing, so I hope you bear with me and the story. And please be nice! I get my feelings hurt very easily 😭
