The ORO can be hired, by referral only, to eliminate humans who have committed grievous crimes and escaped punishment, generally at the request of their victims. Those found guilty after an extensive investigation receive a "visit" from one of the office's otherworldly hunters, after which all parts are put to "community use." Afterall, some beings of folklore and myth, despite all efforts, require sustenance that is significantly more... human.

For Eliza Deacon, PI work has always paid the bills, but the more recent addition of her "night job" at the ORO provides a newfound sense of job satisfaction.
