I really want to like this story and heavily encourage the author to continue writing. Its just really inconsistent with its logic by trying to paint the tribe as the good guys or at least the better option when according to the writing they are literally guilty of every sin that the antagonists are and then some. There seems to be a huge double standard for the tribe and others including MC. The tribe seems to get a pass for doing things that others don't. For example theres a scene where the MC is literally tricked into slavery by the tribe while he is made to drink alcohol. Then later MC pulls a similar tactic by tricking a clan within the tribe to become his slaves and now suddenly they want to act like honor is a thing. There are some major problems with the tribe and how they themselves justify their actions and how MC reacts. As it stands I think that the fact the MC is treated like an object by essentially everyone is a problem. I understand that its kind of apart of their culture and tradition, but they can't really claim to love him. There are just so many flaws in their logic it drives me insane. It would be fine if the story didn't try to present them in a reasonable light. Like yeah they do crazy f**ked up sh*t but they aren't all that bad when really none of the excuses really work. I think the story could be improved greatly by giving the MC actual status and respect at least amongst the ones who claim to love him and maybe throw in scenes where the MC isnt just being dominated like maybe have some where hes not tied up. So far all the scenes have been things being done to him. I feel the story would benifit if he initiated with the chieftess now and again and maybe try to actually throw in some romance as well. Otherwise you'd have to go the other way and show hes actually just trying to get away from these insane people which I don't think is the direction you want to go. I myself would like to see more romance and MC to at least gain some respect and not be treated like a thing. Domination kinks are one thing, but I think you pushed it further than that. I can certainly say whatever the chieftess feels for MC it certainly at this point atleast isn't love. I do get this is just a smut story probably built off some crazy dream, but I feel like you actually have something here that can be much more than some erotic smut novel. I actually find what we have seen of the world interesting and can see this actually having some good romance, but so far its just been domination kinks and worse. Please I beseech thee you can make this more so much more.
