The giant clock on the wall was ticking, everyone was quietly looking around. They were all nervous and the grim-looking mask on their face didn’t help the situation.
Nobody knew what was going on, they were all here because they feared that the person that sent them the invitation, might reveal their identity, so they didn’t have any choice but to do as said in the invitation and just come to this damn place while waring these damn masks.
Each mask had a number from one to twelve on it which showed their sitting place in the circle of twelve chairs, three of which were empty.
The room was small and empty, except for the clock on the back wall and the twelve chairs put in a circle around a lamp.
The lamp was the only source of light in the room and it made the chairs cast ominous shadows on the walls.
Alex was sitting in chair number twelve and was tapping his foot rhythmically with the sound of the clock on his back when suddenly the door opened and all the eyes turned to look at the door.
First, a woman wearing a simple red dress with what seemed like a Dimond necklace around her neck entered the room. The gray mask on her face was covering all her face like the mask on the face of the others in the room but the number three written on it wasn’t in black like the others but in bronze.
After her, came a man wearing clothes like a homeless person and the mask on his face was also like the others except for the number which was written in dark silver.
After they both sat down in their chairs, came another man. The bulky man had to stoop to enter the room. He was wearing all wight from head to toe except for the gold mask on his face.
the man exuded the aura of supremacy and it made all the others try their best not to look him in the eye.
The room became quiet and even the clock didn’t seem to want to make a sound.
A few seconds later, the woman sitting in chair number three cleared her throat.
“Welcome to your first MA session”
