I think that story is good but some tags are misleading. It's a story about how end justifies the means in the end.
And it's not yuri. But it is something else entirely.
Story should be single oneshot in my opinion.
If there is need example Philip K. D*ck has a similar type of stories that keep thinking what is real and what is not. So it gives good aftertaste with some questions about story. Were some characters real at all or it was her imagination? Was some events her imagination? Was she alive at all?
If you saw Blade Runner or read the similar type of stories you would like it in end.
