Judy Harper is the deputy chief of the New York City Police Department. She is beautiful, intelligent and always ready to help those in need. However, she doesn't seem to be very interested in relationships. Her goal is to become the next chief of police but her superior has challenged her to solve an extremely difficult case first. Motivated at first, she soon realizes that she is stuck. She decides to call on the handsome Nick who is such a clever detective that he has solved all the investigations he has been entrusted with. What's more, he seems determined to seduce Judy, who will surely not let herself fall so easily !
