This will be used to record the Viruses Cain has during the First Volume, hope this helps if anyone forgets, and thank you bruh1234 for the suggestion!
Chapter 25 -
Viruses in Body - Malignus Animum virus, Cravus Renaltic
Viruses On hand - White One's Tissue Sample
Zimo Virus was removed because of it was a bacteria and not a virus, It was mentioned in a future chapter but I'm just going to put it here. For explanation if you forgot, viruses overwrite DNA, bacteria does not. Once a virus overwrites Cain's body, thats his normal DNA now, no take backs.
Bacteria are temporary in this case, they will be removed if Cain gets a new body, like shedding skin but in this case a deadly disease that turns you into a man-eating monster.

I like the concepts presented in the story. I only read so far, but from what I've seen the story has lots of potential and is moving in the right direction.
We start off by learning about the MC Cain, who has been transported to a new world with no prior memories. I must say this world is unique in its own way, and random drop-ins like Cain actually have a known label.
Cain experiences the consequences of this label for himself, and sets off to live his life in this world as he builds experience.
The world building is greater, and my only dislike is the Meta commentary that sometimes carries on too long for my liking. If you want a thrilling story in a unique world with some growth in the protagonist, then this story is for you.

It's decent. The power system is unique, the writing is alright, and the main character is pretty good. The only gripes I have it is that some descriptions can be a bit awkward or confusing sometimes. The side-antagonists act like average cultivation novel young masters but racist and it's a little edgy.
I recommend you give it a try though
