This is a story about a group of people that try their best to escape this place. This... Hell.
After centuries of constant battles, they are so close to finally being safe. Not yet free, but safe.

However, it is also a story about their jailors, and the people who rule those jailors. The creators of this seemingly pointless torture.

This is a story about a young man who tries to find himself in this world of despair.

And it is also a story about a voice that follows him constantly, wherever he goes.

This is a story about hell. For better or worse.
Come now, let's see what lies on the other side of the veil.

As said above, I'm writing for fun. But I'd be lying if i said I am writing for myself. Until recently, I was continuing this for a friend of mine, who unfortunately is not in my life anymore. I have the novel pretty much planned out, all that's left is to write it, but I don't really have the motivation for it. And seeing as this novel doesn't get any readers anyway, I'll drop it for now. If any of you reads it in the future and is interested in more, drop me a dm or write a comment, I'll see what I can do.

I learned a lot from writing this novel, and I actually have an idea for another one. Less grim and dark, and slower, a lot slower. But I have no idea if it'll go anywhere, so don't wait around :)
