A young elf sets out under cover of night to gather items for the creation of good luck charms. The most coveted of those items are toenails or claws from a dragon. Lacking a sense of due concern and worry about being caught Kozu-Utā routinely sneaks into the homes of dragons, collecting what they normally discard as trash. A mistake and a curious dragon lead to an experience that changes this young elf's life forever.
