This story is fantastic - great writing, characterization, a fascinating plot with some novel twists, and great management of tension that keeps you hooked throughout the story (the way the latest chapter ends - oof!). I'd heartily recommend it to anyone without any caveats - it's one of the stories I'm now most anticipating following!
A wholly amazing storying with deep characters and a detailed world. Has, to date, the most genuine and accurate depiction of being trans and dealing with gender dysphoria.

The MC is the first character that actually made me more conscious on how to address her in all my experiences in reading TS novels. The novel is also one of the few TS novels that didn't actually disgust me due to physically-the-same-s*x-relationships. In fact, I'm actually rooting for Zoey and Galvin despite me being a cisgender. Sorry, I really don't know how to write a review but I hope this would make do.
Edit: My only gripe with this novel is that the NPCs are actually just one entity, which made the MC's interactions with them feel meaningless. In the end, it's just one entity playing different roles at the same time. It invalidates any sympathy we might've felt from their backstory.
