Julian Rogers is a citizen of the Galactic Terran Federation under the Terran Common Quarters, born June 18, 2960, Standard GTF Time. He graduated in Star Sol Imperial University Year 2980, as one of the star graduates for his impecabble combat ability, both in close quarters and range combat. What he lacks in his intelligence, he makes up for his capability to intuitively turn dire situations around and utilize his strength as necessary.
