Kaitou Iijima, a first year at Kibou Academy, discovers the existence of broken ki, a supernatural energy source that grants extraordinary powers and abilities, and the academy's mission to combat vengeful spirits known as Onryo. Despite his inexperience, Kaitou is determined to adapt to his newly found world, and become stronger.
