Madison’s small town parents were not thrilled when she returned from her first year of university in the city having begun transitioning. Looking for a way to get her to rethink her choice, her sheltered and conservative parents found a bootcamp online that sounded like it would help. For her part, Madison was outraged and swore to escape.
