If you're looking for a trash fan-fic with big numbers and bigger boobas, you're in the wrong place. Instead, you can find a bad*ss ninja on a journey of self-discovery.
Now, I'm not the most dedicated fan of either Naruto or Bleach, but I'd say the characters are at least given life pretty well. Regarding the protagonist, often, when authors adapt dark and brooding characters like Itachi, they like to give them alpha-male-syndrome. Instead, this Itachi is depicted more as someone who patiently weighs every option, but often chooses to rely on himself simply because it is the safer option. To me, it is far more reasonable for a character to be a lone wolf because of trauma and pure practicality versus just being a d*ck.
Concerning other characters, the author likes to frequently switch to the perspective of supporting characters, which I think is good. It would be boring if we couldn't see the shockwaves of Itachi's actions on society. My only gripe would be that it doesn't feel like the supporting characters are driven by their own motivations, agendas, or character arcs. A large part of what keeps me interested in Itachi's perspective is the question of how he is going to grow as a person in response to the characters and situations he encounters. But, so far, the characters besides Itachi haven't had to discover new aspects of themselves or test their resolve, mainly in part because the POV switches are focused on their reaction to Itachi, rather than on matters that feel like would truly concern them as characters. It's like the difference between hearing about a war between countries across the ocean and being at war with another country. You're concerned about the one, but the other makes you feel like it's an emergency.
Not to say that every character should receive their own arc. Rather, I feel it would have been a little more impactful if important characters were kept as a surprise until Itachi encountered them or if their perspective was filled with things that seriously mattered to them.
Concerning plot, I'd have to unfortunately say that I can't make a judgement on it quite yet. The story hasn't gone through a single arc yet, and its thematic questions (which, by the way, seem to revolve around the idea of independence and purposelessness versus becoming part of a corrupt government, but gaining the ability and purpose to fully use your talents for the good of others) haven't been answered. In addition, the grammar suggests that the author is still amateurish when it comes to writing. I don't know if the author was even planning on any kind of arc beyond inserting an almost nihilistic Itachi into the wild world of Bleach. Is there a destination? I don't know...
But, I've liked the journey so far! The story is fan fiction, but it's good fan fiction. It's still a bit early, but I can hesitantly lump it along with The Fateful Uchiha and Focused Fire in quality so far.

Short and sweet review. A story of Itachi being reincarnated into the world of Bleach. That already caught my attention. Pretty good grammer, story is well written and the author simply keepa on making you want more. This story shows the character development of Itachi and how he'll move forward, meet new people, bond with them and hopefully, consider that place his new home. I currently see the other characters which are known in Bleach to also match their personalities which is also a plus because that can also destroy the immersion. Overall, great so far.

A great, well written, well thought out fanfic. The author has a great understanding of the different personalities of the characters that really makes you feel like you're reading a what if itachi was actually transported to the bleach universe. So far the chapters seem to be about Itachi's growth as a person. I.e learning to forgive himself, learning to understand the new world he's in, but you also see the various machinations of Aizen in the background and you can't wait to see what kind of changes will occur or not occur with Itachi mixed in.
