The Akashic Records is an unknown entity that showed up unannounced in different parts of the universe.

It is not known whether this entity is corporeal or physical, some even doubt it is a being from our universe.

The only thing that is known to this date is that its main function is to circulate the mana throughout the known universe, which was in a dormant state for countless years, finally moving and pushing the living beings to their *********.

It is a mystery if there are other motives for its actions.

When defeating an enemy, it is possible to acquire an orb containing their records of existence or simply put records from the defeated enemy.

These contain ether that boosts the basic stats of the winner's records, pushing them further towards ********* and boosting their body to be more powerful.

The amount of ether is dependent on the level difference, type, and specialties of the defeated enemy.

Furthermore, once too much of the ether from the same type of enemy at the same level has been absorbed.

One's records begin to acquire a certain immunity.

So, it is no longer possible to gain extra stats, forcing living beings to fight against stronger beings.

Apart from acquiring stats by defeating powerful enemies, when leveling up each human being acquires 2 status points to distribute freely.

The amount of status points gained varies from species to species and is directly dependent on the potential for growth that race has.
