In a world where you can only have magic abilities if you had commited a crime before, Waka Yasutaira is considered "The Heretic" based on the fact that he has never done one before. While going home after a shift from a restaurant, he faces off against two mysterious person trying to kidnap a little girl in a dark alley. After successfully saving the girl, he's trapped inside a white void with one of the strongest mythological creatures known as "The Almighty Dragon" inside of it. What can he do in this situation?
