One of the best Isekay meta commentary anywhere on the web. A must read if you like multidimensional characters in more ways than one. The MC is OP but her safety isn't ever in question the well-being of her chosen family is the stake. The only possible negative trait the hero-ine has is beeing scaterbrained and reading more than two chapters will give the reader a very good idea why that is. Warmly recommend reading this to everyone 👏.

From the synopsis: "How does a reformed grim dark monstrosity make a life in a suspiciously noble bright world?"
The start of this story is very well written, but grimdark, oh yes. After the first few chapters, I ran away to bury my head in happy fluffy stories. I eventually came back, and I was very pleased to find that the story grew into something grand as it went on. I was enthralled by what the author has built; I can handle the grimdark if it highlights the majesty of a story. There is a profound storyline, good character development, witty writing, and it all adds breadth and brightness to the ongoing story.
So, I read all that was written. And then I promptly re-read it. Yeah, I was hooked. Here's why:
5/5 for writing: the author has solid vocabulary and grammar, along with a style of narration that somewhat reminds me of Zelazny. Characters speak fluently, or simply, or curse in a wonderfully natural way. I rarely stumbled while reading, which is a delight.
4.5/5 for characterization: Characters are unique and act according to their individual natures – and they differ wildly in nature. Each character is introduced with a voice that fits their backstory, or at least their role. Some characters are loveable, and some are not; none are cardboard cutouts, however minor. Even random dipsh*ts have a good measure of depth.
4/5 for storyline: The story overlaps story arcs and events, growing organically while building up enough detail to be interesting. The theme from the synopsis frames it well: growing from a grimdark past into a noblebright world. Such a journey could turn in any direction. Sometimes it does; it still feels like early days.
5/5 for depth: Various characters have grimdark backgrounds, and personal issues arise consistent with the background of each character. Issues are not dismissed but handled. Of course there are moral lessons to be found in all that, and they are found. Even where the storyline is most simple and direct, it flows over great depths.
23.5/25 overall: highly recommended. If you were put off by the first chapter or three, try it again. It deserves more attention.

With solid grammar and story structure it's a shame this story doesn't have more views.
I'd reccomend everyone give it a try even if you ultimately give it a pass the quality is miles better than the usual dreck on this site
