Far off in the distant future humanity has gained the technology to encompass empires that span galaxies. Planets which had previously been unhospitable to life have been geo-formed into a collection of earth like locations used for many purposes. Among these are planets that are used primarily for mining, planets that kept pristine as tourist destinations, and planets that exist only to throw out the unwanted vagrants from society. Among these, at the very pinacol of power and wealth is the cooperate planet, the shopping planet, the planet of wealth: Retailia.

On a lonely distant rock, holding only a broom and a dream of freedom, everyday people from the wastebin of the galaxy look up longingly at the golden dream shining in the distance. There is a chance, a ticket, and they'll fight for what they want. If that is, even something to desired at all.
