What it was like growing up in Paradise, befriending God at adolescence, the ideology behind a divine society, his outlooks on key event, war, abuse, sexual abuse, mental health topics, are just a few heavy subject matters that are displayed across the story and its entirety. Blood Bonds is no way related to the bible, instead it is the use of characters and setting in a completely separate reality where an endless war against demons is being fought. Where Lucifer and his two younger sisters Licht and Noa struggle to find their way in hostile territory. Satan is only folklore, God is a child, new casts of characters are added and many more separations diverting the religious aspect replacing it with more individual story telling. <<less

The Empire of Tsurina in the East and The Empire of Albine in the West have been warring for a mere two years yet the damage to both sides is palpable. The casualties are increasing, their resources are depleting at an alarming rate, and their people are beginning to lose their faith.

Seeing this, they decide to concede and instead strengthen ties between their nations with an irresistable offer: a royal engagement. It causes an uproar as there is no precedent for neither noble engagements nor royal engagements between the two empires–– they haven't even interacted outside of the war!

For such a political gamble, this is a risk that requires the utmost care and a cunning trick. An equal marriage is what they need, as all things must be, and in order to truly respect this alliance they wish to form. An illegitimate princess of Albine and an illegitimate prince of Tsurina are royally engaged to one another. All is not as it seems with the pair and their secrets run deep. Will they ever learn to trust one another? Will they prove the masses right–– that they are nothing but devils in disguise who seek to destroy the empires–– or will they crumble under the weight of this new responsibility? First Axlet must survive then, and only then, can he become strong. The process of the weak becoming strong is a process of time, pain, and blood. A process that can end at any time. Even worse a process that some can't stop, no matter how badly they want to.

This will be a litrpg story focusing on a slow build up. The foundation for the character's power and personality will be built throughout the story and take time, the pace will reflect that. You will not only see Axlet's level power grow but also the character himself.

The story will have a darker tone, especially in the beginning, focusing on a fight for survival and power of a young boy thrown into a world that is much bigger than himself.
