While the story itself is interesting and has potential, the translation is sadly just bad mtl that doesn't even use a glossary to ensure terms are consistent. The last name of the main character has been translated as least 3 or 4 different names so far and when someone in the comments mentions it, it gets changed with the promise it won't happen again, which hasn't manifested so far. You can get the same experience if you just google the novel an mtl it yourself, which is really sad because I like the premise so far and this story would get a much higher rating from me if not for the level of the translation. And I'm not being down on mtl here, you can really good and perfectly readable results out of mtl nowadays if you put in just a little effort by creating a glossary for names and terms the mtl doesn't always get right. If the translator thinks this review is unfair you can reach out to me and I'm happy to show you how to get better results and change my rating if the quality of translation improves.
