Red. Orange. Yellow. Green. Blue.These are the five basic colors of the world and everything in it. With the five colors, five races of people were born with their respective colors and created their own nations. The world was separated, where only people with the same skin color can live in the same environment that has the same color. For example, the Red People live in the Red Continent, full of volcanoes and red trees, red animals, you name it.

That was the truth until the Pluvians were born, the children of people who intermixed with other races. They were hated by everyone for their impurity, until all Pluvians gathered and created their own nation. They became the greatest nation in the world of Ark, conquering plots of land from each color except for the feared red Crimson Empire, who almost made the Orange people extinct and made them their slaves.

This is the story of Celosia Velvet, a young teenage Crimson girl; Chroma Scarlet, the prince of the Empire; and their friends who are preparing to do their rite of passage into adulthood: to travel the entire red lands. It was okay until they were saved by a Pluvian huntress, Prism, from an attack by a monster. Because of some chain of events, Prism was forced to accompany the Crimson teens in their journey, along with an Orange slave. Will Celosia, a believer of the purity of the races, be able to tolerate the disgusting mixed-skinned Prism and the Orange slave? Will her other friends continue to tolerate her racism? What is Prism doing in the Crimson Empire in the first place?

See the developments between the four teenagers who have very different views on how to act towards people of other colors as they grow from the encounters they have along the road.
