So uh...bad news. Mainly for me. I found the problem with my pc. Bad news is my GPU stopped working, which suck because it was an RTX 2060 Super. Good news is I guess I have an excuse to buy the Nvidia 30 series, even though my wallet will hate me.
That's a big oof! Hope your wallet won't hate you too much, and I hope repairs go smoothly
Really bad timing too, given that the cards seem to get more reasonable prices now that the crypto mining crowd doesn't buy that much anymore.
If you don't need a good card right now or can get a temporary replacement you could try and wait it out a bit more.
I hope the broken card didn't cause any secondary damages either, I lost a laptop to a broken graphics card and it took one of the hard drives with it.
