This week was not nearly as productive as I'd hoped it would be. Stress from trying to fix the broken computer is enough to kill my motivation for the entire day. That being said, I'm basically done with chapter two of the new story. I'm hoping that I can spend some time this afternoon to finish it and get some work done on other projects

Finished the first chapter of the Girl Detective Story. Need to do edits and revisions, but it should be up in a couple of weeks

I feel a little sick. Something is going around. I talk about it more on my Patreon, but work continues on the Girl Detective story. My hope is to have something to release toward the end of the year while I continue working on longer projects. Might push out another short story or two in the meantime if I feel up to it.

Apologies to all the people who felt like the ending to Bittersweet Sugarcoat was a little rushed. I was very tightly focused on the short story format and the romance novel formula, focusing more on the emotional rollercoaster of it all rather than gradual development. Unfortunately, it didn't stick the landing for a lot of people.

Bleh. I've been having trouble sleeping this week, and it's slowed down my writing a bunch. I'm hoping to get a good night's sleep tonight and go right to work in the morning. I have a bit left to finish on Part 3 of Monster Unraveled, and I'm working hard on worldbuilding for my next novel.

The Kindle version of my short story collection is all done and ready to launch! I want to wait until I have it ready to go in a few more formats before I hit the button, though! This anthology is much more lighthearted than my more popular stories, but I do think it's what I need right now in my life.

The first chapter of my next story is ready and scheduled for early access on my Patreon. $6+ patrons will get to read it this Saturday, and the public release is anticipated to be the week of Nov 8-14. Making good progress these past couple weeks and hopeful that it continues this way.

Computer adamantly refuses to let me dictate, insisting that "English - US" and "English - US" must, in fact, be two different languages and there's simply nothing it can do until I make them match.

I took a few days off from writing this week to rest my arms and now the week is over. 
I do miss being able to write all day every day, but I guess it's for the best I learn to slow down a little now rather than push myself until I have irreperable damage.
