I have many things to ask of you but I will ask only couple of them for now!!
1. How can one have an extensive vocabulary such as yours? Your writing style fascinates me too!
2. Does your name have a meaning like the names of your books?
1. Probably reading. especially historical literature - quite a lot of authors in the past had a very solid grasp on their vocabulary and used it well. Mostly because there was no internet and you had to memorize everything yourself.
I also do rely on a thesaurus to pick more apt synonyms whenever possible, so I substitute the power of the internet for my own lack of knowledge

when I get time to work on editing. I want to polish a few early scenes and do a full edit pass across the book before posting it. At the moment I critically lack the time for it.

Just want to say that this book is one of the best stories I have ever read on this site. Definitely one of my new favorite stories. I can’t wait for vol. 2 and I hope you keep writing because you have a real talent for it. If you need to take breaks take ‘em just tell us when I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say you will have an audience when you start writing again. 👍
Thank you, and yes I've been usually upfront with my pans or upcoming breaks. And I am already writing 2nd book so far the main plotline is mapped out and one and a half chapters are penned. I just want to build up a few reserve chapters before I start publishing them. Especially since holidays took a lot of my free time and I wouldn't have been able to meet my usual schedule anyway.
