I'm just a girl with dreams of being an author. I'm a big fan of urban fantasy and how it mixes amazing supernatural elements with our modern world. I also tend to mix my genres when I write, so even though something might be a romance at its heart (which I love to write) you'll likely see elements of action and comedy as well.
A fair warning for those who it might bother, I tend not to shy away from sexual situations in my writing as that is a large aspect (and motivator) of many (though obviously not all) people in my observation.
Constructive criticism is always welcome.
Surprise surprise, I am in fact still alive. And today I bring the good tidings on my mania put to use. I've uploaded Chapter 3 of Trainer: The Ties That Bind.
I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Glad to help. Sorry it has taken so long to work through some of it. I get caught up reading and have a hard time putting it down.
I'm just thankful for the help. Life is what it is and I don't often have the mental or emotional bandwidth to devote to the writing that I love doing. You helped me tremendously.
I still plan to. It just might take some time. But do let me know if you get the motivation to post the next chapter. I can drop what I am doing and edit it it I haven't already.

Life is truly an unforgiving jerk. Too many things are cropping up that are taking my time and energy that I'd like to spend writing or editing. I'm thinking about just releasing chapters 2 & 3 of Trainer and leaving them unedited until I have time to spare.
Thoughts from my readers?
If it comes to that we can help with fixes. Save you time with trying to find all of them and you would just need to edit. Which I would think would make it quite a bit easier on you.
If that's the case then I think I'll try to give ch 2 a look over tonight or tomorrow and post it after.

Well my weekend just shifted plans. I was gonna spend it writing and editing, but now I'm cleaning my apartment top to bottom for a lease inspection. I'll be back to work as soon as I recover through. I want to get the next chapter out.
Chapter 3 of Trainer is finished in first draft. Now to go back and edit chapter 2 so I can upload it.
I hope there is still interest.
CL: it's nice to hear that there is still interest. I was worried because I go a good time between uploading.
Irlina: I think it has some of those HDE elements, but the story itself is much darker in tone. I'm a big fan of dark fantasy.
I would agree that your story and the orriginal is like a dark version of the HDG universe.

I'm so excited that there are still people expressing interest in my story. Imposter syndrome is such a pain when it rears its ugly head, but support makes it easier to quiet.

The path to hell is paved with good intentions, and apparently my path to editing is paved with migraines. I'm a day late, but the editing for ch 1 is done. We should be uploading soon.
If editing goes well tomorrow I should have the first chapter of Trainer ready for upload tomorrow night or the next morning.

This is legit though. I caught a stomach bug so I'm out of commission, but my new upload will still be coming soon.
I've managed to get writing again recently. Unfortunately my muse didn't cast light on Bound to The Night, but rather a new project. I should be uploading the first chapter of this new project later today or tomorrow.
I've already written two chapters and am midway through a third, so I'll be able to upload more and hopefully see a completed story
In the meantime, I am plotting and working on Bound to The Night, in the hopes that I'll be able to restart work on that series as soon as my new one is finished.
Write what you enjoy writing. As long as that makes you happy, you'll keep writing an enjoyable read. 
Any plan to continue your story?
I certainly plan to continue. I have the majority of the story plotted and outlined. Life gets in the way though.
