It’s been five years since I’ve come into this body. This means that at least I can move my arms and legs now. Now that I am three, I am no longer lying in the cradle and I can walk. I can also communicate now. 

Ah the joys of reaching childhood and saying goodbye to infancy ! No more diapers for me

“Oh, Fae, did you wake up?”

Lynn my mother came in after opening the door and as soon as she saw me, her face lit up. 

“Are you hungry? " She turned to a maid " wash my daughter's face and bring the meal right away.”

"Yes my lady"

“Uhnnn" I nodded 

The maid  soaks a towel and wipes my face to my neck gently. The soft texture made my heart calm down.

“Oh, how my princess smiles so beautifully.”

A maid  stroked my chubby cheek with affection. 

After that maid incident the security has been increased by a lot

The first time around the guards had actually prevented about 46 attempts on my life including a gift box that actually contained two venomous snakes, poisoned baby food, exploding mana crystals,cursed artifacts,several assassins including a scissors wielding assassins named seven or something 

I guess someone decided that you don't really need weapons,magic or poision to kill a baby

So nobody really believed that an lowly magic-less,unarmed servent can even hurt me

Now every servent was handpicked and kept under supervision and  they had to swear some sort of magic contact to give their lives for sake 

I ate my breakfast quietly  and watched the people bustling around me. Today is the day that I move into my own palace. Originally, it was planned for me to stay protected in the whatsitname Palace, but now that I was 5 years old, I had to go to the royal palace. 

Mother kept glancing towards me with a worried expression. After the maid incident, she stayed with me all the time. Since she was already concerned when I was out of her arms, she would be very worried about leaving this safe zone

sure enough our escot party arrived with several beautiful gilded carriage bearing the royal crest with an army for protection of also the king came to see us

"Your majesty, it’s nice to see you.”

The father of this body and the emperor of this empire noticed me. A man with raven-black hair paid Lynn no heed, slowly approached Fae. He was taller than the average human, with wide open shoulders and a toned body. The large mana emitting from him was proof of his status as a wizard-king

'wait chatbot is still on?'

The long scars on his right cheek were rumored to been recived after a fight with a powerful beast

but his moom-white eyes were wide in suprise 

“What is this?” he stared no rather he stood and gaped at the girl

“Is this child a human?”

A tremendous sense of dread coursed through my body 

'Is my mana too high..?' I nervously thought' he won't freak out and burn me on a stake right...?'

I opened my eyes and looked at him. I was nervous enough to sweat, but I didn’t blink once. 

He grabbed my hand so harshly it felt like it was being pulled out. 

What are you doing! I’m fragile and should be handled with care I was trying to scream for him to stop when indescribable feeling flows through my body. It was as if a sharp icy needles was poking my arm.

‘It hurts!’ the needles now turned red hot and I gave a cry

It hurts so much that tears come out. My breath was choked and my eyes widened.

‘You bastered! I’m your daughter! shouldn’t you be nice to me?’ 

"no circle nor heart..." he dropped my hand

I stared at him with an ugly look, but no matter how scary I look, I was a harmless infant. So, of course the emperor ignored me and looked around

"Y-you look well" he finally said to my mother

'This basted ! he just hurt my hand and then acts like nothing happened

"Yes, your majesty"

“She has black hair.”

I felt mom breathe in.

“Yes, the Princess resembles your majesty.”  Mother replied calmly whilst she was trembling and squeezing me.

“She also has silver eyes.”

“Yes,like the moon  your majesty.”

"..." I had the urge to facepalm this looked like some sort of bad theater play

The royal procession moved slowly on the road to the capital There was a pilot guard of one hundred and sixty cavalrymen who rode before the five royal carriages in  four columns. A rearguard of another one hundred and sixty rode behind the royal carriages in similar fashion 

A side guard of fifty each marched along the left and right flanks.  The soldiers were the legendary Warwolves, the most feared militia in all of the kingdom. The five carriages were of exactly the same dimension and appearance, making it impossible to say which carriage carried the royal family

 the first, third and fourth carriages were empty. The second carried the royal family

 — . The last carriage carried the best mages and some of the key captains.

behind them, a legion of servants to serve the royal family and the Army 

Before the main party set out another group of servants left before dawn to set up the camp. Gods forbid the king should be kept waiting on a hot cup of tea.

Expendables first , combatant next and the VIPs in the center 

At first glance it may seem like a bad idea to go out in the open with a bunch of royal carriage that seemed to scream "I am here!" to every assassins sent to kill me

A huge army might deter an open conflict but an assassin can easily disguise himself as a servent or cook and slip in to kill me

But the best protection is none other than the king himself after all most of the assassins are probably sent by my family members who see me as a threat to their position and a potential candidate for the throne 

attempting to kill me is no big deal,but attacking me now when the king is by my side could be seen as treason against the king and that is a very good reason to kill anyone the king suspects has a hand in this

In short this was a political move to keep the masterminds at bay for a while 

The interior of the carriage was lined with giant spider silk(these were of much higher quality than silkworm from silkworm in my old world) the seats were heavily cushioned red velvet. On the windows, the kingdoms symbol had been cut into the glass: The shield is divided into four quarters, each representing a fundamental element of magic: fire, water, earth, and air. Each quarter displays a symbolic representation of its respective element, such as flames for fire, waves for water, mountains for earth, and swirling winds for air.

At the center of the shield lies a simple golden circle representing eternity and the Sun

 Above the shield, a crown adorned with shimmering gemstones symbolizes the sovereignty and authority of the magic empire's ruling monarch. 

'Wait he is an emperor? I thought he was a wizard king '

The wizard king is a title given to the most powerful mages acknowledge by any one of the three empires or five kingdoms

'..Just ignore everything I said earlier I am the princess of a emperor'

Across from me, the King studied me with open curiosity. his dress was woven of the best spider silk, red clock were of the finest wool, embroidered lavishly in golden thread and lined in black fur.

I leaned forward, straining to see out the window, but the world outside was a blur. 

"Um y-your Majesty would you like to hold her ?" My mother offered

"No...."

"..." 

 I did not like the way he looked at me like I am some sort of dangerous weapon 

Okay I am a walking disaster but still I am a five year old girl you know and his daughter there no need for him to be on guard at his own daughter 

By the time we halted the elaborate riding regalia in the camp that was set up beforehand I was dying to fly somewhere far away 

I felt completely uneasy in that place 

Cruel doom

I remembered chatbot's prediction and from my fist experience of death and rebirth I can say that it sucked like hell

I just want to live a nice peaceful life heck I won't ever complain about going to school again 

Of course I didn't have that luxury 

"I heard that Fae can fly " The emperor stated as soon as we finish lunch

I felt suddenly awkward, keenly aware of the people(mostly high class mages and high ranking military officials) surrounding us, of their inquisitive stares.

"Ah yes your Majesty she can fly"

'Ah mother you are really trying too hard to screw my life over pleasing this guy.'
