A gentle white light flashed. Compared to the first time she upgraded the shelter, this time took a few seconds longer.

The previously acquired dual-headed cannon had already been automatically placed on the left, so Athena placed the arrow defense tower on the right.
An arrow tower, similar in design to the cannon tower, was swiftly constructed, but equipped with arrowheads instead. Athena then retrieved the [ Thorn Vine ] she had obtained earlier and placed it on the ground, but there was no system prompt displayed. Athena circled the courtyard but received no system prompts. Tentatively, she placed it on the short stone wall.

The windows were still the same standard wooden ones, but there was now one on each side.
Her bed had turned into a 2-meter wooden bed, adorned with many grassy little animals. There were three in total: a rabbit, a panda, and a kitten, all in mini versions.
Sitting back on the bed, Athena had no intention of eating some compressed biscuits just to get by. She neatly arranged the seven white packages she had previously obtained in front of her.
Now was the time to unpack, but the fonts alone didn't give her a sense of excitement.

Seeing these prompts, Athena instantly lost interest. After quickly opening the packages, she stuffed everything into her space. She knew she wouldn't get anything good, except for the axes.
I love seeing a heroine using axes. Especially one that doesn't look like an Amazon.
Axes. So underrated and underused. We get spear masters, sword heroes, and magical sages. But very little axe users… and that includes males too.
Axe itself is a overpowered weapon but unless they have some kind of special ability they tend to have limitations, specially against other people and it's harder to write.
And Male protagonists are good characters but only if done right, women have such a duality that they can be represented in a lot of forms and this is why there are a lot of them(this is a theory of mine after reading a lot of novels)
@plot_xc hetero-male writers tend to portray female main characters as cool non-bit*hes, while female writers often depict them as softies. Your theory has weight tho stereotypical.

seems kind of wasteful to just throw her dulled axes into the smelter. wouldn't a grindstone be better to sharpen them? or take off the wooden handle first for other stuff
