When everyone was changed into the working outfits, Theodore leads them back towards the Well, he says: “As I said earlier this Well is upgradeable to a Watering Pump facility later which will require 3 by 3 squares of space. Instead of accidentally putting down another structure near it, I’ve decided to place farmlands around it which we can remove when it’s needed.”

“So next to the 2 already assigned farmland you can add 2 more farmlands next to them. Can you give me a shovel, I’ll mark them and you’ll see which squares first needs to be worked?” He is handed a shovel by Bruce and started to assign 8 squares to workable soil.

Theodore continues: “Work your way towards the Shed by assigning 2 by 2 squares, leave one square open every time you start with another 2 by 2 squares. The one square in between will be our road later.” He gave the shovel back to Bruce and says: “If you have questions, you can ask Spacey. It will guide you through if you ever are stuck with something. You can also call me and I’ll start running towards you. I’ll go see how the girls are doing, they been laughing and singing for quite a while and all the bags of seeds are done.”

Eric looks at Theodore with a proud expression, unknowingly a heavy burden been lifted off his shoulders which he been carrying as extra weight ever since they left the Clan 3 days ago, he says: “Yes son go have some fun with the girls and rest a bit, you’ve been busy the whole time.” Theodore laughs and says: “I am fine dad, I drank a bit of the Spring Water, which revitalize my stamina and the work outfit helps a lot. I urge not to try it yet. If you want to drink, take some drinks from the outside which is stored in the Backpack you have on your back. Wait till the toilets are constructed. I am off!”

Theodore turns around and walks towards Jenna and Maggie, who were joyfully laughing on their seats. He can hear some chatter from Eric and Jade on how he changed for the better, and Bruce saying that our future is optimistic. All the wonderful prospects Theodore mentioned they were excited to know about these new ideas they were informed about. He let them be because it was something they needed to digest, ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’ as they say, was his thought. People need time to change and he was prepared to give it to them.

Theodore arrives near Jenna and Maggie and could hear the chatter, Jenna said: “That Uncle Scar is really scary.” Maggie nodded and yelped saying: “He made a pact with the Hyena’s to overthrow the King! Simba has no idea at all and he’s hanging out with Uncle Scar.” He stops and thought it was better not to disturb them, soon 'the event' will unfold and they might become shy because of the weeping that will follow.

Theodore thought for a while and walks towards the Shed. He went into the Shed and took the Container Storage Construction Materials, saw, chisel, tape measurement, and hammer and took them towards the Barn which has a workbench.

After Theodore arrives he places the tools near the workbench and held the container in his hand and was thinking how many planks and beams he needs to build a toilet. Spacey interrupts him by saying: “TJ you should buy a design from the Spatial Store, it will help you with what you’re trying to do. Although I don’t recommend it, because you are still too weak to lift one beam or plank, you’re still in the body of a 10 years old boy and weakened.”

Theodore hits his head and says: “I know Spacey, I am not planning to build it myself, but measure them out already so later Eric or Bruce can do the hard work. It would be easier for them and neither I nor they have ever built a structure.” Spacey is relieved hearing that and answers: “If it’s like that then it's okay. But your mind was telling you otherwise, please don’t hurt yourself TJ.”

Theodore a little ashamed and says: “Sorry Spacey, I indeed wanted to try to see my limit but on second thought it isn’t wise to do so.” Spacey says: “It’s okay to try but just be careful and remember your thoughts can be read by me. I have no control over it.”

“So I can’t block you out and I will definitely not stop you, but will advise you with the best action you can take.”

Theodore with a sigh and says: “I know Spacey, you can say I am a little apprehensive with you because nothing is hidden which is unusual for me personally. I need to get used to it and I do appreciate you being here with me but it’s just a weird feeling, a self-defense mechanism of my mind.” Spacey says: “I completely understand TJ, do remember I’ve been with you for more than 140 years and I know you much better than any parents you have and had before.”

Theodore exclaimed and shouted: “I am that old!” Spacey panicked and says: “Hush or others might hear you! And yes, we are indeed that old!” Theodore looks around and sees no reaction from the others as the Barn was slightly further away from other structures. He sighs again and says: “Well old friend, let’s continue our cooperation in full honesty than.” Spacey says: “Of course old chap, I’ll be down with that! Umm… a moment please TJ.”

Theodore was curious why it reacted that way. He hears Spacey saying: “The OFT-Space just received a level up to level 2 and the visiting hours have increased to 10 hours this will update on your next visit. I muted it so they won’t be distracted by their current work.”

“Level 2 crops can be accessed, the first livestock leghorn chicken are available, eels are available besides the butterfish, common flower ramanas rose is available, vegetable & fruit stand is available besides the toilet, the graveled road is available besides the fences.”

Theodore jumps in the air and yelled: “Woohoo!!” Spacey again repeated the words: “Hush TJ! O man you gotta get your emotions in check!” Theodore awkwardly smiles and says: “Well I am a 10 years old boy! I can’t help it, though the mind is 140 years, the body just reacts. Ahh… well, let’s look at the stuff in the Store.” He placed the container on the workbench and walks off to the Origin Station.

When Theodore reaches the Origin Station, Jenna came walking up to him and says: “Theo, I and Mags need to go to the toilet. Where is it?” Theodore looks at her and knew it would happen and says: “We haven’t built one yet. If you want to pee you can do it near that tree there.” But deep inside he knew that wouldn’t happen because it’s not something they have done before.

Jenna shakes her head and says: “Can’t do that Theo!” Theodore says: “Okay, did you pause the movie?” Jenna says: “Yes we did.”

Theodore talks to Spacey in his mind to inform their parents they going back to the outside home and say to Jenna: “Let’s get Mags and we go to our home outside. I’ve already told our moms and dads, they agreed.” While walking Jenna asks: “Won’t they have to get out too?”

Theodore smiles at her and says: “No, this Space will continue to move on till 5 hours is up. So it won’t be a problem for them to remain.” Looking towards Maggie, still sitting on the chair, he yells: “Mags come we’re going back to the home outside, so you can use the toilet there.”

Maggie got off her chair and came running. Theodore says, “Hold my hand,” and with a thought, they disappear from OFT-Space and were back in the dining room of their home. He looks at the girls and says: “Off you go and do your thing. I’ll be waiting for you over here.” They both ran off to the toilet.

Theodore put the new things he just was informed about in order in his mind. Thinking about what he needed to do next. While deep in thought 5 min went by, the girls were done and walking towards the dining room.

Suddenly Spacey warned Theodore: “TJ, someone is approaching the house. A non-threatening person with the size of a child, the child seems to be in distress. He or she is wounded on a leg and losing stamina rapidly as if he or she was chased by something. Should I inform Eric?” Theodore says: “No, let them continue, I’ll go out. He or she is in the fields? Spacey answers: “Yes, now about 400 meters away.”

Theodore looks at the girls and says: “Jenna can you get some clean cloth or bandages if you know where they are and Maggie get a can with clean water in it. There is a wounded child in distress on the field near here. I am going to get to the child. You stay in the house no matter what, I can transport away if danger approaching me and be right back to you. Remember stay in the house until I am on the porch.” Jenna seeing how serious Theodore is she nodded, so did Maggie they both went off to get the things Theodore just asks. 

Theodore got out of the backdoor and runs towards the field, where Spacey indicated the child should be. With directions Spacey has given him he soon arrives at the child side, which just lay there on the cold ground bleeding from the leg. Looking at the child he couldn’t make out if it’s a he or a she. He takes off his sweater, his shirt, and puts his sweater back on, tied the whole shirt to the child's leg closing the wound temporarily with pressure. After checking if the child was still alive, he looks around and could see blood traces, he asks Spacey: “Is someone or something around that was chasing this child?” Spacey answers: “Not within a 500-meter radius, but Jenna and Maggie who are in the scope are safe.”

Theodore says: “We need to clean this trail of blood. Or else we are in big trouble if it’s not an animal that chased after this child, but mercenaries! Do you have a solution?” Spacey answers: “Yes, touch the ground where blood is spilled and I’ll transport that piece of contaminated soil to OFT-Space.” Theodore exclaimed and says: “You can do that!” Without waiting for a reply, he starts cleaning up the bloodstains on the ground following the trail towards the forest while concentrating on the entire process. He could see how the soil and blood are being decompiled in various categories than vanish which enlighten him a bit.

When he reaches the borderline of the forest, he says: “I am going in a little within the forest to erase the bloodstain as far as I can get. Warn me if something or someone is approaching!” Spacey answers: “Affirmative!” After about 20 meters in Spacey says: “5 humans are tracking the bloodstains, they just approached the 500 range.” Theodore says: “Hopefully this is enough to get them out of the child’s tracks.” He broke a leaf of some shrub and started to erase his footsteps and that of the child covered it with dry leaves and backtracked towards the child who still lay on the ground.

The child was still unconscious. He tried lifting him or her up, but wasn’t able too. Then he slowly pulled the child to another place close by so he could treat the soil right where the child laid, it was also wetted with blood.

After doing the cleanup and covers the disturbed soil a little, he again checks under the child to see if there is more blood that he missed and even ask Spacey if it detected anything, who confirmed all of it was cleaned. Theodore touched the child's hand, placed a MaC in it and with a command, they disappeared from the spot.

When he and the child appeared in OFT-Space he could only sigh of how weak he is and couldn’t stand anymore dropped on his bottoms, he says: “Call my parents over here Spacey. Let them look at this child. Inform them what happened I have to go back to Jenna and Maggie to make sure they are safe. And tell me if the child is about to wake up, then I’ll eject the child out of OFT-Space to our home out there.”

Theodore disappeared again from OFT-Space and appears in the dining room. The girls, who stood near the window looking towards the outside, turned around and yelped in surprise. Jenna asks: “Theo where is the child.” Theodore sighs and says: “There were people after the child. I had to remove all the traces that the child left behind towards our home or else they would be led to us. So I brought the child to OFT-Space out of urgency, our parents are looking after the child. Aunt May is luckily a Water mage who can heal wounds. Be quick and turn all the lights off in here.” The girls just nodded and did what Theodore asks.

“Hopefully those people won’t trace the child to here,” Theodore says and walks to the backdoor and locked it. He looks outside and asks Spacey: “Any signs Spacey?” Spacey answers: “No, not within our radius.”

After a few minutes they were done, Theodore tired and a bit pale he says: “Well, let’s get back to OFT-Space. I am going to lie down on the bench to rest a bit in there.” He stretched his arms and the girls each took hold of an arm. With a thought he disappears again from the outside home and appeared in OFT-Space, he directly caved in like a sack of potato and lay on the ground. Jenna panicked and asks: “Theo what happened?” Eric came and picks up Theodore and says: “Your silly bother is trying to be a hero and is exhausted.”

Theodore looks at Eric and says: “Sorry dad, I didn’t know it was this kind of situation. I saw the blood trail that could lead them to us. I had to be quick by erasing it and with the detection sensory of Spacey, nothing can evade it within a radius of 500 meters. And I tried carrying the child, but I couldn’t lift the child even pulling took much of my strength. Can I have some Spring Water?” Eric took the Water Can from his belt and gives it to Theodore, and says: “You did well, son. I think neither me nor your Uncle could do any better. And by the way, the child is a girl, she still unconscious and has a slight fever. Your Aunt is still treating the wound it will however leave a scar. More surprisingly she is an elf!”

While Theodore was taking a mouthful of Spring Water, he almost chokes on the last part of Eric chatter. He looks at Eric and says: “An elf you say, she looks just like us!” Eric answers: “Yes, you have to look at the ears, son! That’s how you recognize them.” Theodore couldn’t help but exclaim.

Jenna and Maggie, who are standing near, curious to see how an elf looks like, with their eyes, they start searching for the girl. And as soon as they see May, they run off towards her.

Theodore and Eric look at each other and could only chuckle. Theodore asks: “Did the farming go well?” Eric says: “Yes we were almost done! We only had to water our last fields. And it’s easier than we thought.” Theodore says: “Yes with these tools it’s easier, don’t mix this OFT-Space with the things you wanted to do on our own fields outside.”

Spacey interrupted our chat and says: “Eric, Theodore look at the monitor. The 5 humans I mentioned are standing at the border of the forest and your field looking for the child.” Both stood up and walk towards the monitor. Eric couldn’t help but shake his head, points towards one person, and says: “That’s our current Village Chief, who came by to collect taxes.” Theodore says: “Shh… let’s hear what they are saying.” Bruce was done with helping to treat the elvish girl and walks over towards Eric and Theodore watching the monitor.

They could hear voices saying: “Where did that little squirrel go? Blackie, you did hit her leg didn’t you?” “From the 12 we captured and detained, 2 escaped. Rudy accidentally killed one and one managed to hide its tracks, hope that squirrel got eaten by an animal.” “But I can’t remember any animal not leaving a trace, she better be death or those elves will be here earlier than we had calculated.” “Soon they will be gone from this world… hehehe.” “Let’s go back to our warehouse and secure them tightly, we still need to keep these animals for several days! I just hope those Sillards are happy with 10 we still have. 10 percent of it isn’t low either, hahaha” “Let’s get some drinks”

Theodore flared up and yelled: “ANIMALS? WHO ARE THEY CALLING ANIMALS! THEY, THE 5 OF THEM ARE ANIMALS!” While Theodore kept on rattling on, Spacey spoke loud for everyone to hear: “Eric could you hug your son, he is emotional in distress. Ever since he got Rick’s memories and how he treated the lower class here in this world, he became to despise slavery and wish to liberate all of them. I’ll explain the rest later.” Eric who hears those words steps to Theodore and hugged him, and says: “It’s okay son, it’s okay we’ll see if we can help those remaining 10 that are held. But we must do it silently! Nothing must be traced back to us.”

Theodore calmed down after a few minutes and says: “Tomorrow I’ll go with Aunt May grocery shopping. With Spacey able to scan 500 meters in the surrounding, we can find out where those elves are kept. Later that night we come back to that location. I'll dismantle the whole place and free those elves with an ability that I just learned, and we can use more construction materials, hehehe. So let’s just get it out there.”

“I am going to buy a toilet design and draw out the measurements on planks and beams, later you just have to follow the dotted lines. Saw it off just the way it’s drawn and we can start constructing the toilets. I need to do something to keep my mind off of things.”

You readers are in luck as I was in the zone and kept on writing. I'll be releasing chapters each day this week, Wednesdays and Sundays perhaps doubles. Anyways about doubles those with (1) and (2), I allow them to be released together earlier as I already said they are connected as in I wrote them the same day, but as one chapter that consisted over 3,000 words, so literally I broke them off and wrote more text to make it in total about 6,000 words (about 3000 each chapter) and post them both the same day. But I am going to change that as of now, I'll post them on separate days and if its a Wednesday or Sunday, it will be a double posting. Don't want you to be hung on something too long. And hopefully you won't be surprised seeing a double once in a while and wonder when there is only 1, by thinking why not 2 today?

Though I hope in the future there won't be a (1) through (6) or something like that, that's about 18,000 words (BLINK)! Nah, by then I'll figure something out and comprise with you.

I'll post a notice once I reached a bottleneck or am away from home in the last chapter written in this Quote bubble, and then I will go back on the regular announced schedule. But with the Corona situation, we rather stay home and work from here than at the office. Perhaps I'll be applying for more time work at home after this Corona Lockdown situation and we'll see if I have more time for writing. Though family comes first. Anyway, Enjoy!
