I think I like the first one better. It would have been better if protag were looking (down) at the viewer, but the relaxed stance fits him much more than the second picture.
Protag is a Young Master genius blessed by the Heavens rather than a murderhobo MC that can't last more than a chap without punching someone in the face...
Many of the images do not display for me, such as all of them under: 'Xi Tianyi', 'Chapter 173: Beach Episode' and 'Chapter 226'.

Not sure for other , but Xi Tianyi, and chapter 173 and 226 picture links are broken for me.
