I looked at the scenery as if it was sucking me in. I looked at the Elf girl again and again. I mesmerized at this scenery. I was so used to the colorless forest, so this was like a miracle to be here.

The elf girl had silver hair and ruby colored like eyes, and she wore a one piece clothing. She had a voluptuous chest and beautifully hips.

While I was mesmerizing at the scene the girl noticed me and spoke

"Oh, hello are you alright?" She said in a beautiful soft voice.

I couldn't answer, I was way too focused on the scenery before my eyes, but I used my willpower and answered.

"Yeah, I ac-actually I am a-a-a-and ho-how-w can you see me?" I said while stumbling on my words.

"Elves have the ability to speak with spirits and ghosts as well as see them, well… some elves do. So, what's your name?" She asked

"I don't have one."

"Really, do you remember anything from before you died?"

"Yeah I do."

"Hmm, strange normally if you had died recently you should have remembered your name." She said

"Yeah but the thing is that I do have a name however it doesn't appear in my status."

"Hm. Alright then I've decided. I will give you a name then." She said with a smile.

"Why would you do that, and does that even work?" I asked while trying to hide my blushing cheeks from her sight.

"Because you don't have one, and it would be easier to address each other."

"Okay, but before that could you tell me your name." I asked

"Oh yeah, I guess I haven't introduced myself. My name is Iris, it's a pleasure to meet you.", she said while giving me a gentle smile.

"Now for your name… ah I have an idea, what about we go to my village first."

"Would that be really be alright to invite a stranger to your village, and how are you going to find it in the forest anyway?" I asked carefully.

In games and anime elves normally don't allow humans to enter their village easily, or at the very least some don’t.

"There's no problem we let spirits and ghosts enter anyway, and also only the elves know how to enter the village anyway." She answered

After that she guided me through the forest in a certain pattern, and then we suddenly found a huge wooden gate with a couple of spirits guarding it.

The moment they saw us coming they suddenly disappeared, and the wooden gate opened, to reveal a village full of elves.

"This is my village, you are free to go look around, if you want.", she said

In the village there were children playing and elves having conversations and there were people talking to spirits as well.

"In our village we welcome spirits and ghosts sometimes. We live peacefully in this forest.", she said while waving at some spirits.

After walking around the village we arrived at what's supposed to be a house that's bigger than others.

"This is the village elder's house.", she answered as if she was reading my mind

It's pretty much the house of where the leader lives.

She then guided me to the door of the village elder's house.

"Hey, I don't think I'm supposed to enter y'know." I worriedly said while looking at the entrance.

"Oh, I guess you don't know that I'm the village elder's daughter, do you?", she claimed

'She's the what now!!! Why didn't she tell me this sooner?' as I had this thought we were already inside the house, walls were made out of fine wood. And there were lamps on the walls illuminating the way.

After reaching a certain door, there were guards standing there with bows on their backs. They looked at Iris and opened the door, they probably couldn't see me, if I had to guess by their actions.

"Hello father I'm back.", she said in a carefree voice.

"Oh, hello there Iris." A young man said while looking through some documents.

He looked like a guy from a sports movie with beautiful face features. He also had white hair and blue eyes.

"I see you've brought a friend." He said.

"Yeah he found me while I was singing."

"Is that so. Well I've got to make my leave now I have to attend some problems that are going on." He sighed

"Okay." She said.

Iris's father looked like a busy man.

Iris guided me afterwards to her room and asked me some questions.

"So where do you come from, if you remember?" She asked

"Well I don't know where I'm exactly from, because I don't even know where I am." I said while looking down.

I couldn't tell her that I'm from another world, because I didn't know how she would react.

"Did you lose all of your memories after becoming a spirit? Alright then I'll tell you."

She explained to me about the world.

This world is called Axel. In this world there are 4 great countries. The country of Zeltram , Lacra, Dawnwell and Glarita. The forest we are located in is in the country of Dawnwell.

The language in this World originate from the heroes that were summoned Years ago, to defeat the Demon King. The Demon King, as the name suggests is the king of Demons and monsters. He was known for having great power and many monsters under his control. His objective was to conquer the world.

The Status system works on humans and monsters, the difference between humans and monsters is that humans have jobs but monsters have race changes. For example humans start with the job 'Ordinary Person' after that if they have like the skill 'Swordsmanship' they might be able to get the job 'Swordsman'.

Skills can be attained by having an aptitude for or to train for it.

 Monster can evolve like for example if a spirit or a ghost has fire attribute magic and they evolve, they might become a 'Flame Ghost'.

The world is ruled by 4 different ruling races: Humans, Demi-humans, Dwarfs and Elves. However, the countries are mostly Human supremacists. There are also other races other than Humans, Elves, Demi-humans and dwarfs like Lizardmen and many others.

Elves are known for living very long and having long pointy ears. Elves live one thousand years, their appearance stays the same after they mature.

The forest that the Elves are living in is called the ‘Spirit Forest’, because it has many spirits residing in it. Not many people know about the Elves living in the forest, however there are Elves outside of the forest going on adventures and the like.

In this World for you to become an adventurer you need to register at a Guild. Once you receive a Guild Card it will display your status on it.

"Is there anything else you want to know?" Iris asked with an exhausted face

"How do you learn magic, I've seen spirits using it" I asked

"Well, what spirits use isn't exactly magic because they don't have a body. Normally if you're a spirit you should be able to use similar magic to when you were alive. Well you are an exceptional spirit." She said

"Why am I 'exceptional'?" I asked

"Because normally when people die and their spirits leave their body they wouldn't last long unless they had many regrets or a lot of mana to be able to sustain themselves." She said

In her explanation, she told me that spirits only stay for a while then disappear if they don't have many regrets, but there's also the exception where they have only feelings of hatred after death and turn into ghosts.

"With that said, you are indeed an exception, I can't sense any malice from you only your mana is a little ominous though."

"What is ‘Mana’ exactly?" I asked

"Mana is the power within your soul, you could also see it as energy. For example, if you over use your mana, you will start feeling tired, however mostly people and monsters use mana to cast magic."

"Then how is my mana ominous looking?"

"Well your mana is kind of black, with a bluish color to it."

"Oh, Okay."

"Now back to learning magic. There are mainly 8 attributes of magic: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Space, Time, Light and life. My Attributes are 'Wind Attribute Magic' and 'Fire
Attribute Magic'. Of course, when you use Magic you need to chant and to have the Skill 'Mana Control' which is really important. There's also 'Spirit Magic', to use 'Spirit Magic' you have to give mana to a spirit of your attribute and ask him to cast a spell for you. Unfortunately, you don't have an attribute and you're a ghost at that."

"Then how can I learn 'Mana Control' Teacher Iris"

"Well first you need to feel Mana. Have you ever felt it before?"

"Never, not even once in my life" I said jokingly

"Well what about this, there's a mage in this Village he gives lessons, he might be able to help you more than I do. But before that let me give you a name." She said

A name huh… I don't mind I didn't like my last one anyway.

She thought for so long that I could only hear her soft and soothing breath the whole time, it was quite tranquil in this quiet room.

"Oh, I got it" She said

"Your name will be---"

 

 

 

Skill Explanation: Swordsmanship

The Skill 'Swordsmanship' allows you to use a sword more swiftly, if you don't have this Skill it doesn't mean that you can't use a sword, the Skill simply allows you to use the sword more Skillfully and use Sword Techniques, like 'Flaming Sword Cut' the Techniques won't show up in your status you have to learn them while having this Skill.
