James: Yeah...by the way why are we on a carriage?

Rias: Since I hate waiting, I just brought you here with my magic without waking you up.

James: Can I learn magic?

Rias: Yes you can, but first let's go to a town and get your status checked.

Rias: Use this cloak then.

She throws a cloak to James.

Rias: What was the calendar’s date on your world when you got summoned here?

Rias: I remember Mikael saying that he got summoned here in this world in his birthday, It's calendar date was 2020, February, 29.

James: ...

Rias: I think I can create a theory about that since I had asked several summoned people about when they got here too.

James: May I know what timeframe?

Rias: the oldest summoned people I know is a person on 1967 the earliest I know is you and Mikael.

James: We are the earlier ones?

Rias: Yes, but I'm not too sure because sometimes the summoned people becomes one with this world. They became indistinguishable from the inhabitants of the people here.

Rias: That was a fun ride I gathered more information about his world.

James: Why are you gathering information about our world?

Rias: Well I've been creating a theory on why is this world is still stuck on the technological era of what's called medieval in your world. Wanna know about it?

James: Yes.

Rias: Okay, while we wait to enter the town I should tell you what my theory is.

Rias: We the people of this world don't need technology as much as your world since we already have the magical capability to fill those gaps, like healthcare, Weapons, Defense, and lastly this world has 1 religion. That religion unifies us all. In your world, many religions became corrupt right?

James: Yes in the old days where they used their power to-

Rias: Well, in here our religion is kind of the same, except they hate new technologies and just focus on magic research.

James: Rias how long have you be-

Guard: Hold on you two, we still need to check your identity.

Rias: Here's my card and this one is my disciple.

Guard: Hmm?...!!! An elf? Okay, then you two may pass.

James: Why is he giving you VIP treatment?

Rias: Well I'm a Mithril adventurer after all.

James: Mithril? 

Rias: It's the same as an S class adventurer except it means I'm an adventurer from the olden days since I lived a long life.

Rias: This is where we'll stay tonight.

Rias: You want to explore right? since I'll be analyzing all the things you've said to me so I'll just stay here in the inn.

A person kept following him.

James hurried his pacing.

???: You can't run James.

The person that was following James removed its cloak.

Mawee: It’s me, Mawee.

Mawee slowly approaches James making sure he has no way of escaping.

Before she can reach James a flash of light suddenly emerges before them.

He blocks his sight to not be blinded by the flash of light.

When he heard her voice he muttered.

James: Angelina?

Angelina: Yes it's me.

James: H-how?

Angelina kept blocking Mawee.

Mawee: You bitch!!!

Angelina: Well I was in a sermon but then I got called by you.

James: Preach? Ah, those clothes...

Angelina: Well, I'm a pope now.

Mawee: Don't you ignore me!

Mawee got filled with rage.

Angelina: But if I get rid of her would you do one thing for me?

James: ...

Angelina: No? Then I'll let her go.

Mawee disappeared.

James: I should return to the inn now.

James accepted it since he can't do anything about it, even if he hates it because of Mawee, he'll still do it because if not, a problem may arise from her.
