Natsu and Gajeel ran towards Aversia, while Sting and Rogue ran towards Zeldaris.

“I can´t help to feel like I am being underestimated. I mean, I know that Aversia can be a little bit reckless at times, but still my feelings are being hurt here.”, said Zeldaris when he saw that Sting and Rogue came running towards him.

Funnily enough, his remark about Aversia was the reason that Natsu and Gajeel took Aversia while Sting and Rogue would take on Zeldaris.

Aversia was generally a bit reckless and would also overdo things, while Zeldaris was generally more relaxed and knew how to hold back.

Zeldaris sighed raised his hands and said, “Easy there, how about we take it easy and watch the show and then we can fight? Sounds good?”

Sting and Rogue stopped running and looked at the other side were Natsu and Gajeel had already reached Aversia and were bombarding here with punches and kicks but were also totally out of sync with one another and gave Aversia no trouble whatsoever to dodge every single attack.

Sting and Rogue turned back to Zeldaris, who was still standing with his hands raised, nodded, and sat down.

Zeldaris smiled and turned around to see how Aversia avoided Gajeel [Iron Dragon´s Club] and threw Gajeel towards Natsu.

Gajeel flew headfirst into Natsu and the two started to bicker with one another.

“Oh my. I didn´t know that you two had so much time to bicker under one another, maybe I should get a bit more active now?”, said Aversia with a smug smile on her face.

The two got enraged and ran towards Aversia again but were suddenly engulfed in light and became much faster.

“What the -.”, said Aversia who was taken by surprise and was barely able to dodge Natsu´s and Gajeel´s attacks.

After dodging their attacks, jumped she back and increased the distance.

She knew what happened and didn´t need to look at Wendy to see it.

Wendy finished casting her spell and used it on Natsu and Gajeel to improve their speed.

What surprised Aversia was the fact that it took Wendy so long to cast it, well to be fair she started her training only about three months ago.

But the long casting time could become a problem, when it happened such unexpected times, but that didn´t mean that Aversia couldn´t handle it.

It just means that the game became more fun.

But she had not more time to think, because Natsu and Gajeel were only two meters away from her.

They continued their barrage, but Aversia was again able to dodge everything, and this time punched too.

Natsu and Gajeel were unable to dodge the punches and were send back at least three meters every time they were punched.

“Why are we back to normal? We almost had her when Wendy casted the spell. So why can´t we get even close?”, yelled a frustrated Natsu.

“Easy, because I was taken by surprise by the unexpected timing of Wendy´s spell. That was the reason why you were so close at hitting me.”, said Aversia who enjoyed herself.

She ran towards Natsu, who was expecting her and had his [Fire Dragon´s Iron Fist] ready.

But before he could even hit her, jumped Aversia over Natsu and used his head as a springboard, which caused Natsu to lose his balance and fall on the ground.

Aversia used the force from using Natsu´s head as a springboard and kicked Gajeel with full force in the stomach.

Gajeel was blown away and landed close to the edge of the platform and hold his stomach.

Aversia turned around, grabbed Natsu by the head, span around a few times and threw Natsu headfirst towards Gajeel.

Natsu slammed right into Gajeel´s stomach and both flew of the platform.

“STRIKE”, yelled Aversia and turned around towards Zeldaris, Sting and Rogue.

What she saw was that the three were sitting on the ground, watching, and drinking some juice.

The three stood up and Zeldaris threw a fourth bag towards Aversia.

What was inside the bag was juice.

Aversia gave Zeldaris a thump up and sat down as well.

Sting and Rogue positioned themselves left and right from Zeldaris.

Zeldaris waited for them to make the first move, but he would regret it soon.

Because both inhaled.

Zeldaris realized their plans and wanted to get out of the way, but his feet were wrapped around with green light, and he was unable to move.

He looked to behind him and saw Wendy, who was holding her right hand up and pointed it at Zeldaris´s feet.

She was using an enchantment to make him unable to move.

Zeldaris estimated that it would hold him for about a second, before he could move again, but that was more than enough time for Sting and Rogue.

Zeldaris´s face went pale and tried to think of a plan.

The two roars flew towards Zeldaris with high speed.

A great explosion occurred when the two collided with Zeldaris.

“YOU IDIOT!”, screamed Aversia when she saw that, she knew that he would only be lightly harmed, but it would still mean their loss.

Meanwhile, Skiadrum and Weisslogia were laughing loudly.

They never expected that Zeldaris would be played around with so easily and wanted to tease Challot and Emrissen a little.

But before they could even open their mouths, Challot said, “It´s not over yet.”.

The two looked back towards the platform and saw an uninjured Zeldaris step out of the smoke.

Sting and Rogue were shocked and asked how it was possible that he was able to dodge.

“Wendy, next time you shouldn´t have left me with my arms intact. I was able to use the ground as a temporary shield that gave me the time for Wendy´s enchantment to stop working and dodging your little attacks.”, said Zeldaris while folding his hands before him.

He gave the two, no time to get prepared again and rushed towards them and punched them a few times.

Sting and Rogue fell and were unable to stand up again.

Zeldaris and Aversia looked towards the only one left, Wendy.

Wendy was trembling and close towards tears.

Zeldaris walked towards her picked her up in a princess carry and walked towards the edge.

Grandeeney walked towards the edge, were Zeldaris was waiting for her.

She lifted Wendy on her head and walked back towards the others.

Aversia lifted in the meantime Rogue and Sting over her shoulders and walked back to the others.

Natsu and Gajeel were already there and were bickering again.

Aversia brought Sting and Rogue towards Irene and Tia, so that they could check their injuries.

Irene and Tia were by far the two that changed the most in the last two years.

Both of their bodies were now completely covered in scales.

Irene´s scales had the same color as her original skin, but Tia´s scales were of a deep blue with a little tint of purple.

Their nails looked like claws and each of them grew a pair of wings.

Irene´s wings were like Weisslogia and Grandeeney covered in scarlet red feathers and gave her an angelic look.

Tia´s wings were normal but had an incredibly beautiful look.

They were dark blue at the top and changed to a light shade of purple that became darker and stronger with every centimeter and at the end of the tips became black.

The two were some of the last that didn´t transform into a dragon yet but they would soon transform as well.

Irene and Tia were not able to find a solution that could stop the transformation and reverse it.

They learned through some experiences that there was a way to prevent the transformation, but it would need a dragon to enter the body of the dragon slayer, but they didn´t had enough dragons and even if they had enough dragons, it would take too much time.

Both became depressed at their failure.

But it had also brought a single good thing, namely the fact that Irene and Belserion became much closer with each other.

To a point that everyone was surprised that they didn´t started dating.

Which led to a bedding pool, of when they would start dating.

Challot and Emrissen took the opportunity to tease the two about flirting and other things.

Both became quite embarrassed, and their faces turned almost as red as Irene´s hair or wings.

Belserion retorted that Challot and Emrissen were also not flirting in the open.

To which Emrissen grabbed Vulcan with her hand and gave him a long and hard kiss, to the surprise of not only Vulcan but everyone else that was present.

And the second she let him out of her embrace, was he grabbed by Challot and gave him also a long and hard kiss.

Normally that would result in Emrissen becoming angry, but she didn´t object.

Anyway, back to the present.

Sting and Rogue were not heavily damaged and only needed so time to rest.

Zeldaris heaved a sigh of relieve, he thought that he overdid it for a second there.

He and Aversia wanted to walk towards their mothers and hear their impression and if they passed, but their faces went pale.

They could feel one of the two sources coming closer and closer towards them and it traveled at a ridicules high speed.

He was coming.

The nightmare that hunted the dreams of almost all dragon slayers, including Irene and Tia, the meanness of the dragon race, the king of all dragons Aconologia was flying towards them.

Aversia and Zeldaris had always known that that day would happen sooner or later, but they thought that it would happen so soon.

Anna who noticed the change on Aversia´s and Zeldaris´s faces first came over and asked if they were ok.

But both could not answer, fear blocked all their movements.

Only after almost a minute were they able to open their mouths.

But before they could make even a single sound, split a loud and deafening roar the air.

Every dragon and dragon slayer sprang up and looked at the sky, sweat running down their faces.

They knew that roar and would probably never be able to forget it.

It was the fuel of their nightmares and brought despair because the dragon of apocalypse had arrived to kill them all.
