While the Kingdom was recovering from the impact of war, another problem was becoming apparent. We have no official capital city. The old Boish capital city was now practically big jail for all the noblemen and royalty. So, there were many voices on selecting a capital. Some said that we should continue with the old capital city while others spoke to go for a new capital city. The people with later opinion even gave a few names of cities as a probable candidate. The Boish city, outpost city, and delta city are three names supported by most people. First, two were familiar, but the third one was a city at the delta of Yamuna and Kaveri river on the sea. This delta city was exceptional as it was surrounded on three sides by water, making defence easy. So, I have decided to make this delta city capital city of Merata Kingdom.
After settling the matter with the selection of the new capital city and commissioning all the construction work to Merata construction company, I returned to the outpost city. I got to meet six beautiful ladies in my life again. While Qunia gave birth to the baby boy last year and the other five were pregnant and bout to give birth in the coming month. After some much-needed cuddling between us. In an attempt to tease me, Qunia said

While development and changes in the nation may be clear to others, but changes I was experiencing in my body due to my skills and level reaching 10 were not apparent to others. Only I could feel that I was changing on the fundamental level, which defines the human.
I just fear that as soon as all my skills and level reach 10, I will no longer be a human anymore.

One thing which nobody in this whole world could have predicted was that even after more than one year, we could not flush out the noblemen and royalty out of the city wall confinement, what I have observed that nowadays nobody was even talking about them.
I was sure that this happened thanks to the food we have been providing to the church staff in the confinement who have also refused to leave the confinement. I plan to send a few soldiers in confinement to investigate what has transpired in these walls.
