Gensokyo - The Scarlet Devil Mansion Corridor

"This place is huge-ze."

I thought as I explored the mansion.

"I've been exploring for like 10 minutes now, but I haven't met a single soul-ze!"

'Well, that works better for me-ze, let's search for something valuable-ze.'

I thought as I turned around a corner.

"?!"

'Damn it! I've been found out-ze'

I thought as I saw someone hovering from the other side of the corridor, he was flying in this direction before he stopped and looked at me.

"Hi."

"H-Hi-ze."

'He greeted me?'

I thought as I held my broom tightly.

"Red Mist?"

"...what?"

"Are you the one who caused the Mist?"

'What is he talking about-ze?'

"W-What Mist-ze?"

He raised a brow in response.

"So you don't know anything about it?"

I nodded at him.

"Hmm, i see."

He said as he surveyed the corridor, he looks about the same age as me, is he a human?

"Do you know who's the one down there?"

He said as he pointed at an opening at the side.

It's kinda dark so i have to get close.

*Step* *Step*

I carefully approached it while keeping an eye at him.

"Stairs-ze?"

I blurted out what i'm seeing.

"So, who's that guy down there?"

"Woah?!"

I panicked as I heard his voice behind me.

'W-When did he get b-behind me-ze? I swear he was there a moment ago.'

"I-I don't know-ze."

I answered as I raised my broom to guard myself, he was just 2 metres away from me.

And he frowned at my response.

"You don't know? Don't you live here?"

'Wait, is he perhaps…'

"N-No-ze, why do you ask-ze? Don't you live here-ze?"

He then smiled and said.

"It seems we both are not from here."

"..."

"..."

"*SIGH* YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME-ZE!"

"Well, I thought you live here too, so..."

"What are you even doing here-ze?"

"Well, how about you then?"

He asked back with a grin.

"Eh?! W-well, hmm, Yeah, let's explore down here-ze, maybe we'll find something interesting-ze Aha-haha."

I said awkwardly as I went down the stairs.

"Is that so? Well, i don't mind."

And so we went down the stairs, I feel like I forgot something, is it my imagination?

-= Time Skip : 5 minutes =-

'That was the longest 5 minutes in my life-ze'

I thought as we finally reached a door in the end.

"Go on."

He finally said behind me, and I grimaced at that.

'It was dark and he didn't say a word the entire time-ze, and because he was hovering, he also didn't make a damn noise-ze, but i know that he's behind me and that was a little uncomfortable-ze'

*Sigh*

I sighed as I opened the door and we entered.

*Gulp*

I gulped at the sight of the room, it was unsettling.

In the other hand he was unaffected as he said nonchalantly

"Woah, Talk about horror movies."

"Damn it-ze..."

'Why i'm so afraid-ze?! This is so unlike me-ze!'

I thought annoyed by his nonchalant behavior and braced myself as we approached the bed in the center of the room.

There we found a closed, decorated and crimson colored coffin.

"..."

I turned to look at him.

"?"

*Nods*

And he nodded at me with an uninterested expression.

I nodded back and then slowly proceeded to open the coffin.

*Creeeeek*

"Sigh...There is nothing here."

I said relieved.

"It seems so."

And he commented with a bored tone.

"Who are you?"

"?!"

"..."

Suddenly the room was illuminated as we heard a voice behind us.

I was frightened as I turned back, and searched for the source, but found nothing.

"H-Hey, when did th-"

As I was about to ask the guy beside me, I found him staring at the ceiling with a raised brow.

I slowly followed his eyes.

"I asked, who are you?"

There in the air was a little girl holding a toy bear, she has red eyes and short blond hair, which is tied into a single ponytail on her left side, and wears a red dress and vest, with a pink shirt underneath and socks. She also wears a pink mob cap with a red ribbon attached, I think she has the same height as the guy she's glaring at right now.

"D-Don't startle me like that-ze, i'm Kirisame Marisa, an explorer-ze."

I said a little relieved that it wasn't some monster or something.

She then turned her gaze to me and slowly hovered down to the floor.

"Are you human?"

She said as she touched the ground.

*Step* *Step* *Step* *Step*

She then walks to me and tiptoes closer to my face.

"Ah."

I was startled by the sudden closeness.

"This is the first time i've met one other than Sakuya."

She said as she looked at me directly on the eyes.

She then looked at the guy hovering while putting his hands in his pockets to my side.

*Step* *Step*

Again she went closer to him, and hovered to get at the same eye level as him, i know it, they have the exact same height.

"...and you are...human? No, it's close, but you don't smell exactly the same."

She said with an interested tone.

"Yoo, i'm Killua, what's your name cutie?"

And he replied to her with a smile.

She returned the smile as she answered.

"My name is Flandre, I've been locked in here for a long time."

"I see..."

He said with a frown.

*Step* *Step* *Step* *Step*

She then returned back to the floor and turned around as she walked back towards the door.

However, she suddenly turned back and raised her right hand as a magic circle appeared behind her.

'Wait-ze! Isn't that?!'

The moment I thought that, Numerous danmaku's balls formed and flew from it to our position.

*Boom* *Boom* *Boom* *Boom*

"Woah?!"

I panicked as I barely dodged in time, I even left my broom behind as I jumped to the side.

*Clap* *Clap* *Clap*

"Ahahaha, wow! she dodged! she dodged it!"

She shouted excitedly as she clapped her hands.

"That was close-ze! Show some manners-ze!"

And I shouted back angrily as I glared at her from the ground.

*Whip* *Whoosh*

"She's right, that was very unwelcome from you."

Complained Killua as he dispersed the smoke with a swipe of his hand.

"What-ze?!"

"Eh?"

'H-He took it directly-ze?'

He then glared at the little girl as he returned his hand to his pocket.

She then looked down as she said with a sad voice.

"I've been bored for a long time."

Killua raised a brow at that.

"No one ever plays with me."

'Poor thing-ze.'

Now our eyes softened.

"And all my toys break easily."

*Shhhh*

She then began tightening her hug at the toy bear in her hands.

*Boom*

"I'm going to play with you!"

She shouted excitedly as her toy bear exploded.

I then called my broom and it flew to my direction.

I stood up and caught it with my hand as I declared..

"All right-ze! Challenge acce-"

"Hahaha, fine then! I'll play with you!"

But before I finished, Killua shouted amused as he finally landed on the ground.

*Crack* *Crack*

'What the hell-ze?'

The floor cracked when he touched it.

"But be careful, i'm not confident in my 'holding back'."

"Hihihi."

The little girl laughed restrainedly, before she exploded into a maniacal laughter.

"AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA."

*TZZZZ* *TZZZZ* *TZZZZ*

While she's laughing maniacally, three other identical copies like her emerged from her.

"GUEEH-ZE!"

I panicked as I used my broom and flew to the ceiling.

"Ohohohohoho, nice trick you got there! this will be fun!"

I watched as the guy laughed a laughter that wouldn't lose to hers as he drew his hands from his pockets.

"Come on."

He then pointed a hand at her and mentioned for her to come to him.

'H-He's nuts-ze!'

All the little girls laughed excitedly and launched at him.

*Swish* *Swish* *Swish* *Swish* *Swish*

They all began throwing punches unceasingly towards him.

"What the hell-ze?! He's dodging everything-ze?!"

"Ohohohohoho."

""""HAHAHAHA, This is fun!""""

'W-What am i even watching-ze? I can't see his movements at all!'

*Swish* *Crash* *Swish* *Woosh* *Swish* *Swish* *Swish*

"Ohohohoho! You've said it now Flandre!"

*Zap* *Zap* *Zap* *Zap* *Zap*

"W-WHAT THE HAPENNED-ze?!"

All I saw was Killua disappearing for a moment and then reappearing the next moment in the same place and the same position, however the next second all the little girls started holding their heads painfully as they crouched down to the ground.

"OHOHOHOHO! What's wrong Flandre? Did I hit you a little too hard?"

All of them pouted as they stood up again.

*Stomp* *Stomp* *Stomp* *Stomp*

""""Killua is too fast, it's unfair!""""

They then shouted as they stomped in the ground.

"Ohohohoho! Were you such a sore loser Flandre-chan?"

*POOF* *POOF* *POOF*

At his provocation, the clones disappeared as the original held her hand out.

"Gumumu! Fine! Flandre will get serious then!"

When she said that, a bright light emerged from her hand, and when it died out, a crooked-clock-like needle appeared in her hand.

'What the hell is that-ze?'

"That's the spirit! Ohohohoho!"

"Hmph!"

*TZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ*

She then held the needle above her, and suddenly it shined brightly as it transformed into a huge, bright sword of light.

She then immediately swung it at Killua.

*Swing* *KABOOOOOOOOOM*

"Woah-ze! What the hell-ze?!"

The impact was so great, it even sent me flying back to the wall.

'D-Did i planned to fight someone like that-ze?'

I thought nervously as I watched the now completely destroyed room, the door is the only place that didn't take any damage, fortunately I was in the air, otherwise... *Shiver*

"D-Did she K-Kill him-ze!"

"Ahahahaha, how about that Killua?!"

Flandre said manically as she tried to find Killua in the smoke.

"Ohohoho, not bad, not bad at all."

"He's still alive-ze!"

I said relieved as the smoke began to disperse.

"No way-ze?! He caught it with his bare hand-ze?!"

When the smoke cleared, I saw Killua standing unharmed in his place while one hand used to grip the Huge Light Sword and the other one in his pocket.

"But, you need more than that to defeat me Flandre."

He said as he smirked at the wide eyed Flandre.

*Crack* *Crack*

He then gripped the sword tightly as cracks began to form in it.

*Crack* *Crack* *Crack* *Crack* *BOOM*

"KYAA!"

*Crash*

"Ah-haha, no way-ze! He broke that thing with his bare hand-ze! Just what in the world is he?"

I said with disbelief as I watched how he easily broke the 5 metre long and half-metre thick light sword with one hand.

*Rumble*

"Hahahahaha, Killua strong, Killua is strong, this is fun!"

Flandre shouted excitedly as she got out from the wall, she got installed there from the impact afterall.

"Hahaha, Is that so? Then shall we continue?"

*POOMF*

He then hovered to her as he placed a hand over her head.

"Umu! Let's play."

And Flandre happily accepted as she took his hand.

"I-I have a bad feeling about this-ze."
