Level eight should our hero up magic pool, health, magic power or a little of everything?
Skin deep - the closer the aura is to your skin the more it amplifies
Never without my permission and Death waits for no man both have require "death is a friend of mine"
*added*
I could not remember how I did the health and magic pools so I came up with a new formula which I am posting here just in case I lose a computer files / memory stick again
Magic Energy = level*3*(charisma + (wisdom*2))
Health Points = level((Stamina + dexterity))+Strength

Branching Out - Caster can access another magical class at master level Votes: 41 40.6%
Looks like "branching out" is popular if it is picked which of these disciplines do you want?
Body enhancement, Charm, Decay / time, Divination, Druidic
Identification, Illusion, Plant, Shadow, Storm/ weather, Telepathic, Teleportation
Water, Wind, Earth, Fire, Ice, Metal (type = effect)
identification would probably be the most useful, but i find body enhancement to be the most interesting. personally, of course. if it allows her to augment herself in terms of speed, strength, etc. whether it's passive or not, i think it adds a lot more security for her. it would lead to a lot of interesting interactions with both allies and enemies, since she'd likely try to hide it like she did with her summoning and how she does with her resurrection ability. The thought of someone reaching her group's back line, or even cornering her outside of combat, only to learn that in this moment they just messed up tickles me to death.
it's just...finding a reason for her to pick that discipline in the over the others.
@Xraydiance i can find a reason. That's fairly easy. From envy of James acrobatics to bills strength or as you say a surprise attack, extra defence and so on.
Personally i always thought illusion was always the more powerful but hardest to write well. Probably beyond my limited writing ability
@Piisfun studios are more in line with nature animals will like them, ability to communicate with animals and plants and a few spells along that nature. Animal companion and spell stone storage (which was shone on her trip to school) are probably the biggest benefits
@Piisfun they are in the healing clarification so there would be redundancies
Teleportation,
i like teleportation
@Piisfun not that i thought about it but i like the idea
