Jenny replayed Nick's death several times in her mind but still couldn't believe that the man she loved would die so easily.

To Jenny, Nick seemed like the type that could worm himself out of any unfavorable situation.

Jenny slowly removed an intricately carved golden crystal from her pocket with trembling hands but hesitated before placing it back into her pocket.

This was a lifesaving artifact Henry gave her to restrain, and possibly kill Zeel if he got out of control.

Henry would not send one of his best archaeologists to work with a madman like Zeel without any guarantees.

Even as angry and bitter as she was, Jenny knew that she had to wait for the perfect moment to catch Zeel off-guard.

Even more important was the fact that she had to complete her assigned mission before even thinking about revenge on Zeel because Henry would discard her without remorse if Zeel proved to be a more fruitful investment.

Zeel waved his hand as two silver balls materialized and wrapped around Ahmanet's coffin, floating it down next to Jenny.

Zeel preferred to keep the coffin and its death energy as far away from himself as possible.

Zeel walked over and picked up Nick's wrapped body carefully, then he began to walk out of the chamber.

"I loved him," Jenny stated, tears leaking from her eyes as she knelt on the floor.

The emotional response was delayed, but Zeel expected that Jenny would cry a bit before regaining her composure.

Zeel's footsteps paused as he glanced back at Jenny, and for a moment, he saw the figure of another girl overlapped with Jenny's silhouette.

It was a girl that he would never forget. The Forbidden Cube in Zeel's Mbeamer flashed as a memory was released back into the confines of Zeel's mind.

The Forbidden Cube locked away memories that were too dangerous for Zeel to wield in The Resident Evil Universe, but since that Universe, Zeel had grown emotionally.

The Cube deemed that some memories would aid in Zeel's growth and hence released a particularly regretful memory at this time.

There was a storm of epic proportions booming on the Homo-Superior Planet of Pandora, but Zeel paid it no mind.

Pandora was one of the most beautiful planets in the Talamar star system and was amongst the first Sentient Planets in Universe Zero.

However, unlike the other Sentient Planets, Pandora liked Homo-Superiors the most due to their unique views about the Races.

Unsurprisingly, Pandora was owned by the Scion of the Crawford Family – Zeel Crawford. It had been three years since Zeel's escape from the Asheborn House and Nameless Planet.

Now, he acted as a poster boy for his father's purpose of strengthening The Crawford interests that were damaged from conflict with the other Homo-Superior Houses.

After discovering his first emotional impetus, Zeel tried to make connections with different females of different Races.

Of course, this led to a calamity amongst Royalty of different Races. Zeel was extremely ruthless and promiscuous, leaving behind a trail of broken maiden hearts.

No Royal Family dared to complain about the Homo-Superior Crawford Household. Zeel's action fractured many families and led to unrest throughout Universe Zero.

Still, the Homo-Superior cared nothing about so-called 'inferior' races. However, there were some relationships that could not be allowed.

The relationship between a Homo-Superior Scion and Apollonian Royalty. And this was exactly the relationship developed by Aurora, Aurolana's younger sister, and Zeel.

On the beautiful planet of Pandora, a heart-wrenching story of one-sided love was coming to an unforgiving end.

Zeel expressionlessly watched the Apollonian who had openly committed the most poisonous taboo in Universe Zero.

Aurora knelt in the flower field of Pandora as her heart ached in pain and indignation. All she wanted was to feel the gentle caress of the love of her life once more.

Because she knew, everyone knew, that she would die soon from the onslaught of multiple Universe Zero powerhouses.

All she did... she did for love, but it seemed that a Homo Superior's love was not worth the sacrifice.

Her wings trembled as the feathers constantly shifted between their natural white color and the black that threatened to overcome them.

It was a perfect reflection of her uncertain heart that threaded on the borders of hopefulness and absolute despair.

Aurora raised her head to the figure floating in the sea of flowers and spoke with her angelic voice filled with anger, infinite love, and helplessness.

"I have done everything you ever told me to do… I have flown through the gates of Heaven to give you a glimpse… I stormed the depths of hell to finish off the souls of those who wanted to part us… I knelt below my station to make you happy… Zeel, I love you!"

The tears leaking from her eyes were red with the blood of the enemies she had just slaughtered to make it to this planet, some of which were even her own kin.

How far would you go for love? Aurora had gone to Hell and back in the literal sense. Over the past three years, she became widely known as the most intensely foolish lover in Universe Zero.

Aurora's heart ached even more after she found out that while she was fighting for her love, Zeel was relaxing on a planet in the arms of another Princess.

Aurora didn't know if she should feel anger at Zeel, or pity for the princess that would someday share her own fate.

Even as she trembled kneeling, Aurora knew that Zeel still looked upon her sorry figure disinterested.

Yet, all she could think about at this moment was taking a bath in the springs of Eternal Youth so that she could appear more beautiful for her final talk with Zeel.

So intense was her love that she wanted to be perfect every single time she stood before him… thought, now she was kneeling.

Zeel turned around, not once acknowledging the Apollonian that kneeled before him in desperation.

"If you truly love me…" Zeel said, causing Aurora's eyes to regain a portion of their lost luster.

If it was a question of her devotion, Aurora knew she would be matchless in the Multiverse.

Zeel continued "Then go kill yourself… I detest weak woman who kneels before me begging for affection!"

Zeel snapped his fingers as several Races appeared surrounding the kneeling Aurora.

"You will die here… or maybe you can run away… death comes for all in the end," Zeel whispered, walking away and never looking back at the unrequited lover.

Watching Zeel walk away made something snap in the heart of Aurora that day, and the anger of such an abandonment would roll over entire Universes in the future.

Remembering that moment, Zeel could now phantom the pain Aurora felt at the betrayal. Sadly, Aurora managed to escape certain death and found protection on the planet of Eviternal Ice.

Truly, Zeel hoped that she died with the rest of Universe Zero, but he also knew that she had the oldest Sentient Planet watching over her shoulder.

Just another enemy on the list of millions Zeel now possessed.

If there was anyone that Zeel didn't want to meet in this Multiverse of Madness, it was Aurora - The Royal Apollonian.
