"You what?" Athena said in shock

"I sacrificed them all. That Lex was too dangerous" Dionysus said

"I thought you confidently said you could handle him? Especially after all the new drugs and enhancements made you even more powerful than a S Rank" Athena said

"I thought so too. But our information was wrong. He has no physical body! But yet, he controlled shadows that can kill, has seemingly unlimited shadow monsters at his back and call. I had to use them as a distraction to escape." Dionysus said

"Your telekinesis didn't work? What about your telepathy?" Athena asked

"I could.. control his shadow. But his shadow seems to be independent from his real self. Controlling his shadow means nothing since he could just form another shadow. And my telepathy didn't even sense his mind! It was like he is a ghost. If not for his voice, I would not even know he was there. He could have killed me without me even knowing how I died!" Dionysus said 

Athena took a deep breath, terrified at what she heard. Someone that can defeat and kill Dionysus so easily? That's should be impossible.

"Anyway, we've got plenty of Annas. She can reproduce as many as we want. But Heracles.... it takes time to clone one. And we only have another left" Athena said. 

"Regardless. I think it's a success. The Sifs, or should I say Annas, have assassinated the rest of the Revengers. They never suspected being backstabbed like that.

But Lex didn't respond. Maybe Thor's sacrifice killed him after all.  

Technomonkey is helping with the cleanup and cover up. He was quite easily bought" Dionysus said

"How about the Datrish siblings?" Athena asked

"Datrish... well you know my seduction powers work only on women. Patricia was no problem, but David...." Dionysus said

"Can't you use your telepathy on him?" Athena asked

"Telepathy is harder. I can control him at that instant, no problem. But it wears off. That's why I prefer my seduction powers. It lasts, and the victim does not even know they are being influenced. 

I was easy to seduce Heather. My pheromones work instantly on most women. I started with Jasmine from the moment I joined. She is the most dangerous and I only made a move weeks later once I was confident I had pumped enough of my pheromones around her. 

So unless I want to spend all my time controlling David, it's just easier to use a slave collar." Dionysus said

"Huh! So much for the self proclaimed world's most powerful psionic" Athena teased

"Are you challenging me?" Dionysus smiled

"Only to see who gets on top" she smiled back as they kissed, unaware that there were lots of his pheromones in the air around them

Lex drifted in the void again. 

But this time, he didn't feel pain, rather it invigorated him. 

He felt like he was getting more powerful all the time, and this time the void energy seemed to move easier in his body. 

He looked all around, and it seemed like whatever was inside the gate was just drifting in oblivion. 

There were remnants of land, mountains, dead bodies being slashed apart to pieces. 

Suddenly, he something in the distance and floated to them instantly

There were two women floating in the void, being slashed endlessly

There were already white lines on Jasmine's indestructible skin and Heather was being slashed, only to heal up herself

"Jasmine.. Heather?" Lex called

They couldn't see him, but hearing his voice, were comforted to know he was there.

"Lex?  I'm so sorry... I don't know what happened..."Jasmine cried after hearing her voice

"Lex... that Donny..." Heather tried to explain

"I know he betrayed us. Let me use your body" Lex said

"I can't. I'm protecting Anna... no Sif inside me" Heather said

"Huh? I thought Anna came with you" Lex asked

"She did. But so did Sif. I thought Thor and Sif went with you, but she said you sent her to join us as you wanted to evaluate Thor by yourself" Heather said as she grunted as another void hole slashed her

"Let's try to get out of here first" Lex said

He tried to sense the gate he came in, but to his surprise, there seemed to be multiple exits.

They were all different but none of them were like the one he came through.

He decided to randomly choose one, the one that seemed the easiest to enter and inserted his energy into it.

Suddenly, it opened and sucked both Jasmine and Heather through it and he followed

The girls screamed as they felt their bodies shrink and contort, every part of their cells on fire.

Then they were spit out and landed heavily on the ground.

Jasmine's body created a hole on the ground

Heather's body was splattered flat on the earth as the outline of Sif could be seen inside her

Sif's body looked in a bad way as her limbs were bent the wrong way and parts of her body looked smashed

"Lex?" Jasmine called as she got out of the ground. Her invulnerability was astounding a she seemed completely unhurt

"I'm here" he said, letting her know that he was there "Lets help Heather first"

"I'm fine. It's Anna.. Sif" she said, her body flowing off leaving a dead body, splattered on the ground like someone who had jumped off a building

Saintess appeared and immediately healed her as Lex removed her broken slave collar.

Then, Saintess resurrected her.

Lex was checking on Jasmine and Heather, seeing that they were both fine when Anna opened her eyes.

"Jasmine? Heather?" then she saw Saintess "Lex?"

Yasmeen appeared and he took control.

"I'm her Anna" he said

"I'm so sorry... I remember everything" she said as started crying

"Lets figure out where we are first. I'm sure there are many things to talk about" Lex said as he looked around

Yasmeen, Jasmine and Heather were all naked, while Anna was dressed in Sif's viking costume, which was a leather chestpiece, a leather skirt, boots and a bearskin over her shoulders. She had already lost her helmet and wig. 

They were in an abandoned building, with not a single stone standing.

As they walked out, they found that they were in a ruined city of some sort.

Lex's mouth opened! Although all the buildings were completely demolished, he remembered the mountains in the distance.

This was the Forbidden City!
