Just bought the volume 1 paperback, hope you make a paperback for the later volumes too. Now to wait to continue reading. Love it so far.
Why are those chapters not published here with the rest of volume 1?
It has to do with licensing and legal stuff. If you have to pay to get it through Amazon, but can get it for free on Scribblehub, Amazon sees it as piracy. Or something along those lines.
